Godetevi le spettacolari viste sulle montagne nell'intimità del nostro condominio completamente rinnovato. Il tuo appartato ... E COPERTO ... deck vi offrirà una vista privata cime degli alberi di belle pioppi e abete rosso. I colori dell'autunno sono mozzafiato e quando le foglie cadono, le montagne sono indimenticabili. La vostra esperienza è arricchita da nostra completa ristrutturazione. L'aspetto caldo di calcare e granito vi darà una sensazione di lusso ... con nuovi arredi di design e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Guarda i tuoi programmi preferiti o la nostra collezione di DVD sulle nostre tv a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e camera da letto. Per lo sci, si sono solo un miglio a nord del Purgatorio / Durango Mountain Ski Resort. C'è una navetta gratuita che vi porterà direttamente al resort e viceversa. Bisogna prossimità della stazione sciistica, ma sono rimossi abbastanza per avere una serata tranquilla godendo della piscina riscaldata e vasche idromassaggio.
Questa unità fine leggero e luminoso vi faranno venire voglia di tornare ancora e ancora.

Winter Getaway

This is our second time renting this super clean, cozy and well stocked condo. Perfect for a couple thats wanting to getaway and enjoy the mountains. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Anniversary Trip

It is conveniently located between Durango and Silverton. A quiet, comfortable condominium with all the perks of home. We would gladly stay here again.

Top Notch

Overall a fantastic stay. Second time we’ve stayed at Cascade (first time in this unit) and it was great. Easy to find, great spot for hiking near Silverton, and has everything you’d need for cooking and what not. Would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this property. We stayed here for a week and it was nice and quiet and the condo was very clean and had everything one would need to enjoy your stay.

Best vacation of them all so far

We loved your condo, everything was perfect and more than we hoped for. We are really thankful that we were able to stay. We are avid ATVer's and our rides through Imogene and the Alpine Loop will never be forgotten...

Great condo!

The condo was perfect for me and my husband. The kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed having a fire every day. The location is good - right next to the stairs.

What a great room and location!!!

We travel to Durango every year, and always stay at Cascade Village because it is close to Purgatory Ski Resort. We stayed in Cascade 903403 this year, and absolutely loved the unit. The owners were very accommodating for our group and made the stay just wonderful. We look forward to next year--thanks Debra!!!!

Nice condo with many amenities. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning so it stayed very warm (70 degrees) despite the fans on and windows open at night, so be aware. kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy to cook all meals in the place. Close to many hiking trails.

Wonderful Unit

We love coming to N CO and this unit was perfect for us. Had all the amenities we needed and then some! So thankful for the washer/dryer:). Everything worked as it should and was easy to keep clean.

Spring Break 2023

We loved the property! The kitchen was well stocked (spice cabinet rocked!) and the unit is very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the below ground parking was awesome, especially since it dumped snow for most of the time we were there. We would highly recommend this property, it would be fantastic in the summer too.

Five stars isn't enough for this lovely condo rating

My husband and I truly loved this beautifully decorated condo. All furniture and decor were very high quality and the kitchen had everything one could imagine using. The owners checked in to make sure we were satisfied and we felt right at home and even looked forward to relaxing in this lovely condo after sightseeing in the days. Highly recommend this place. We travel a lot and it's definitely a notch above most places on the market.

Nice condo just north of Purgatory Ski Resort

We stayed here in July and the condo makes a great base for exploring the area, and there is a lot to see. We stayed during a heat wave and none of the condos here are air conditioned, but the condo owner went to great lengths to get us screens and fans to make the unit more comfortable. Evenings the temperature went down to the 60's so there was no problem sleeping. With the windows open the only issue was the road noise from route 550, the Million Dollar Highway. Overall I would recommend this condo. Great area, great condo, great owner.

This was our second time back to this lovely condo - We love the king bed and the nice big shower and the decor is beautiful the view is stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed and we love the location which is close to Molas Pass and in close proximity to Durango and Silverton. The owner was extremely responsive when we had a question and we highly recommend this lovely condo - comfortable and clean.

Skiing Spectators

We went to Purgatory Ski Resort to watch grandkids ski. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and well appointed. We had a great time with no issues.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a nice stay. Everything was as described. There were more seasonings in the cabinet than I have at home. Such a nice mix of items that we would not have to worry about buying. (Store is quite a ways away.) Would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing you place!

Beautiful

Great location right next to Purg, the new restaurant at the front of the Village is off the chain. So good and fair priced. This will most definitely be our new place to stay in Durango!

Home sweet home!

The unit was beautifully appointed. Everything was in first rate condition and lots of extras in the cabinets. It’s cozy and yet spacious for 2. Location to resort to ski was perfect! I’d rent again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular views and perfect accommodations

The condo was warm, inviting, clean and comfortable! It was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The views out the patio window were breathtaking! The condo was near stunning hikes and just a short distance from Durango. Debra thought of everything you might need and more! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away and relax and recharge!

We are Austin, Texas residents who bought in Cascade to escape the summer heat. My husband has always wanted a place in the mountains, and especially Colorado. We bought here in 2013 and immediately remodeled to make our unit as much like home as possible. This is the first time we have offered our unit for rent. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love the beauty and serenity of the mountains around Cascade Village and enjoy the close proximity to all the outdoor activities: horseback riding, fishing, hiking, and off road trails.
We can take a short drive into Durango and enjoy numerous fine restaurants and activities
there as well.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our unit is unique in that we have an end unit which provides more light and air circulation. None of the units in Cascade Village have air conditioning. It is usually quite cool, but occasionally you need to use the fans that are in the bedroom and living area. We expanded our balcony to double the size it was designed previously.The view is very secluded. You only see the trees and mountains...and the occasional wildlife.
