Everything was smooth from reservations to check out. Helena was great as well, she happened to see us walking out the apartment during our stay and asked if we needed anything. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance (beach, groceries, restaurants, CVS, coffee shops, souvenir shops), no car needed.

The location is fantastic! It was perfect for our trip! It would be very helpful to have laundry/dishwasher/clorox wipes cleaning products/garbage bags/paper towels…just a few basics that you wouldn’t normally travel with but otherwise great!

The hosts & Helen who was on site were super responsive and accommodating. The images were accurate. You can hear the music from the restaurant beginning in the morning but it’s not terribly loud. There are blackout shades which we appreciated since we were out late and wanted to sleep in. The shower pressure was very weak, otherwise amenities were as described. You are in the heart of south beach and directly across from the beach which was awesome!

There was a valet space in front which made it easy for the Uber to drop us off. I liked that Helena was on hand to assist us with check in. Normally the initial check in process at other properties is convoluted in trying to find the entrance, keys etc.
