Nice place with plenty to do

Great place to stay. The room was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Just had to bring our own groceries.

Enjoy the location and amenities. The room was nice and clean, only complaint would be, not enough towels to accommodate for the stay. Luckily I brought detergent.

Thank you for staying with us, In a 1 bedroom there should be 6 towels and 6 wash cloths. I'm sorry if you needed more I would of gladly brought extra. We supply a starter of items to get you thru the first day but then it is the guest responsibly to purchase their person items.

Resort was great. Lots of activities and pools. Booked for the lazy river but it was ice cold and couldn’t use it. Condo was ok. Management host was responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful room! Very clean! The view of the ocean was amazing! The balcony was my favorite spot to hang out and relax! Pool area is fantastic! Beach access is great! Communication with host !! Definitely keeping their name to book next time! The only thing I would recommend to them is to get a new bed in the master bedroom. I had springs in my back and had to sleep on top of 2 comforters they had! Other than that, it was great!

No contact

Tried to contact about check in and parking, nothing. Also the ac didn't work. Nothing like sleeping in a hot room. We'll never go back.

Before arrival you received 4 different emails about checking in, parking, and other information, also my contact # I have my phone with me 24/7 I answer all calls or return them within 5 minutes. If the air didn't work you would not have stayed in the condo for 3 days without air. Its funny the next guest that came in after you, and the next guest all had A/C. The owners there now and he has A/C Sorry you had issues but I can only do something if I know about it.

upgrades needed

Needs some upgrades 1 refrigerator freezer would not freeze washer/dryer dryer worked on one of the machines washer worked on other. Internet lacking and lacking on some pots and pans and liners for silverware drawers. our contact person was awesome and we still enjoyed our stay

Nice but needs some work

We really liked where the property was located, loved the ocean view! The kitchen wasn't as stocked with essential items as much as other places we've stayed but we made do. Unit needs some fixing up, there was a large rip in one of the living room chairs, paint was peeling on the ceiling in one of the showers and the hot water faucet leaked for the bathtub. Great places to eat close by.

Thank you for the information about the Shower I don't take showers in my units & I do not know there is any issues unless I am told. It would have been helpfull for you if you left me know when you were there I would of taken care of it. ALso the ripped living room chair a picture was sent to me by my housekeeping when you departed, It wasn't done prior to your arrival

Beautiful Condo

When we first arrived to the condo we were taken back by the amount of space and how nice the condo was. We have 5 small children and this condo was perfect for our family. I also had a great experience with Cindy the property manager. If you are in need of a home away from home this condo won’t disappoint.

much needed vacation.

very nice place, close to everything we wanted. was as described, well kept, beds comfortable, some kitchen supply's for cooking provided and small kitchen appliances as described. would defiantly stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay here! Perfect location. Comfortable beds. And plenty of room for our family of five. We're already looking at dates for next year. Cindy responded quickly to any questions we had.

Best balcony experience.

The space was enjoyable. Two full suites conjoined. Great balcony view & experience from the 21st floor in the north tower. Fun outside lazy river, pool, jacuzzi for adults & kids.

One of my favorite vacation spots!

Condo was very roomy. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Trash chute close by. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice flat screen tv's in all rooms. We all enjoyed our stay. Just wish it could have been longer than 3 nights. Michelle Watley
