Understanding your frustrations and discontentment of the associations actions, we will review the policies to see where the disconnect may lie and see how we can improve the overall guest experience. Guest comfort is definitely in our top property and we extend our sincerest regrets for the troubles. We appreciate you bringing this up to our attention and we do hope that this instance does not deter you from booking with us in the future.

Hello Bill, First, we would like to apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory with us. We strive to provide all of our guest's exceptional vacations experiences. We are saddened to see that this did not happen during your stay, and we deeply apologize. We are glad to hear that our maintenance team was able to assist you with the replacement of the lightbulbs and the installation of a new bed frame. We are in the process of having the kitchen remodeled and the furnishings will be replaced. The carpets will be replaced as well. As we do understand your reluctance to sign any disclosures, it was not our attempt to have you retract your experience but to simply request that the monetary components of the agreement not be discussed. The least we can do is provide you with some consolation for the troubles and when you have time, we would love to hear back from you. Thank you for your feedback and although we are well aware that we let you down, we hope that you will give us the opportunity to make amends.

Mitch, We apologize for any inconvenience you and your family faced during your stay. While addressing your concerns, we apologize for the miscommunication in regards to the WiFi password. We know that can be an extremely annoying situation. As far as the maintenance goes, we have rectified the conditions that were at large and are remorseful. We are sympathetic towards the handling of the fob key but have acknowledged that there was only one to key available. In regards to the minimal supplies that are given out, there should have been 1 full dish soap in terms of kitchen supplies and 1 hand soap in the need of bath supplies. We understand your frustrations and would like to extend our sincerest apologies once again. We appreciate your feedback and honesty.

Thank you for the comments. The stove and toaster oven have since been cleaned. We apologize for the oversight by housekeeping. Had we known about this during their stay it would have been corrected right away. Mattresses are fine - no previous complaints at all, except the bed frame came apart earlier and that was fixed. They must have meant no hot water in the master shower. The sink is fine but the knobs are reversed in the shower but there is hot water. The annual deep cleaning will be done soon and the mold on the balcony lounge chair will be addressed if still needed. Recent tenants have not said this was a problem. The breaker box is in the hall across from the guest bathroom and yes, there is a picture hanging over it. Asphalt from the parking area gets tracked onto the entry carpet. Because of the light color, it does get cleaned quite often.

Thank you for your comments. The dishwasher must be working now. There have been several bookings since this review and no one mentioned issues with the dishwasher. Maybe the burner coil was not put in properly as there have been no issues since. The kitchen appliances are not new but are adequate and will be repaired, or replaced, promptly if needed. New sheets and towels are coming soon! True, I believe the TV in the guest bedroom is for DVD's only (no cable).

This unit was just painted and has brand new furniture, artwork, bedspreads, lamps, valances, accessories, etc. The only place where the wallpaper might be slightly coming off is in the guest bathroom. The owner has invested quite a bit to bring it up to date. The light carpet is cleaned regularly.
