Spaziosa casa bella, perfetta per le vacanze con la famiglia

Il mio posto è vicino a Disneyland Resort (10 miglia), aeroporti, parchi, autostrade multiple, Anaheim Convention Center, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach e negozi e quasi ogni gruppo di fast food entro 1 miglio. Siamo a breve distanza, Uber o taxi dall'aeroporto John Wayne.
Amerai il mio posto a causa dello spazio all'aperto, del quartiere e del letto comodo.
Il mio posto è buono per famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi e amici pelosi (si applicano restrizioni per animali domestici).
Anche se siamo nuovi nel sistema VRBO, abbiamo ospitato famiglie attraverso un altro servizio in cui non abbiamo nient'altro che recensioni a 5 stelle. Queste recensioni e testimonianze sono disponibili su richiesta.

Great place, convenient location

Our party consisted of three couples, and this house worked great for us. The living room was a comfortable place to hang out, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Jim did a great job answering any questions we had.

Access to property was very convenient. Centrally located to many of the attractions we visited. Property was very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 6. Would highly recommend property and would definitely come back.

Perfect location to family. Bed and showers and all basic needs met and exceeded. Decor and design a bit dated but we knew that going in and none of that bothered us anyway. The price could not be beat and the only complaint is noisy and echoing

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great stay at this VRBO property. The check in was seamless. We would recommend it highly for a stay in the Sanata Ana, Anaheim area. Easy access to the freeway, groceries and Disneyland.

Great comfy home

Nice place to stay while visiting Las Vegas. Property manager Jim was very helpful. Nice to have all the condiments in kitchen when you are flying.

Family visit to Family and fríends

We had a great stay. Property was centrally located and well equipped. Delightful Surprise of fresh OJ and ciñámonos rolls to bake in fridge, plus a well stocked Kurig.

Perfect house! Close to everything!

This is our second time staying here and it is perfect! Easy check in and check out. Close to theme parks, beaches, stores. Plenty of room to relax after a long day of fun! Will definitely be back.

Amazing stay, perfect for Disneyland visit!

The home was beautiful inside and the host thoughtfully provided food for us upon our arrival. High ceilings, an attached garage, three nice bedrooms and a quiet neighborhood made this the perfect base for our Disneyland vacation since it is only 15 minutes away. Overall great experience.

Perfect for our family

So much space for 5 adults! They thought of everything! Easy check in and good communication. Easy to get to pool and hot tub! Perfect location to get to Disneyland and the beach. Only 15 min to get from John Wayne airport! Would for sure stay again

Very Nice Stay

Very nice property, can't beat location if visiting Disneyland. Unit is a bit dated, but no complaints for the value. No issues while on site. Would not hesitate to book this property again in the future.

Great location. Easy to access. Very safe neighborhood. Quiet. Nice to have a few extras. Shampoo, cream rinse, soap. Someone had left sunscreen, which we needed. Cinnamon rolls and OJ wete a nicevtouch

Clean and spacious

Everything was exactly as described. The bedrooms were large and spacious. The gated community is nice and quiet. And the proximity to both Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm is hard to beat.

Top 5 for the situation, and Jim, the Host is particularly nice, he even came on a Sunday to help us with a light that do not work in the garage.

Hi all, My name is Jim Lipot, and I manage this property for the owners. I live in the copmmunity, so I am available if needed. I usually greet you upon arrival and check you into the house; however, due to COVID ieverything is now self check in.

We allow dogs on the property, with only a handful of exceptions, and these are due to Home Owner Association (HOA) restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE: Prior approval by host is required for all dogs youo wish to bring (photo and description), plus payment of the $100 pet fee (per stay, not per day or dog) to cover the extra cleaning.

Guests who show up without disclosing the pet, receiving approval, and paying the pet fee might be subject to the cancellation of their reservation without refund for violation of the terms of renting.
