This condo was the perfect distance from the slope. It even had a cute creek nearby that we were able to play around in when the snow was less than desirable. Hope to stay again next year!

We had a great time at this condo, nice kitchen equipped for cooking meals. Easy walk to the main base area with several food and drink options within walking distance!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was an easy, walk to the base, spacious and clean! Kitchen was well stocked! Thank you for the great stay in Steamboat!

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and cozy. The location was perfect. Walkable to the slopes and easy quick drive to downtown.

This was the perfect location for our ski vacation! Enjoyed the short path to the slopes and all the restaurants close by. Linda was great to communicate with. We would stay here again!

This unit in the Terraces was perfect! Steps away from the mountain, restaurants, and market. Would 100% stay again if available.

Family ski trip for Spring Break

Really enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely Spring Break ski trip with our 2 kids (6 & 8 yrs old). The place was plenty large enough for a family of 4, was very clean and comfortable, about a 10-min walk to the ski lifts/base and had a nice pool and hot tub to relax in after each day of skiing.

Great stay, close to base

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great - just as described. The proximity to the base was great. Linda was very communicative and provided very detailed (and appreciated) instructions for accessing the building and the condo. Would be happy to stay here again!

Owners were very responsive. Easy to contact to get answers to questions we had. Condo is very comfortable and well equipped. It is a short walk to the Steamboat base area. There is a shuttle service that picks you up and drops you off at condo. It also included an indoor parking spot. We cannot comment on the pool or hot tub since we did not use them. Enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Great place for a small family

The location is close to the ski resort. The kitchen has all of the necessities. The owners have a locker for you to store your ski gear in so the walk is very pleasant.

Escape to the mountains

Enjoyed our stay! Great location. We walked as a family to the restaurants at the base of the mountain. The unit is also very quiet, didn’t even hear any of the neighbors.

Very good condo.

I needed a place that was wheelchair accessible and Linda responded in a timely manner. We found the kitchen well appointed and cooked great meals there. We saw a moose walking down the street and a bear crossing the road from the patio.

Great location

We needed a short Summer getaway out of the city and this was the perfect spot. A short walk to the gondola, a small grocery store and a German restaurant. While we wished for cooler weather the condo had everything we needed.

Nice, clean & comfortable.. Great location.

An adult family ski week trip. The property is exactly as described and shown in the listing. Clean and comfortable with a great location. 5 minute walk to the gondola. Condo owners manage your stay and they were friendly, informative and attentive. Will absolutely stay there again!

Absolutely Wonderful

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this awesome Steamboat condo. Super close and easy walk to the gondola, covered parking, great hot tub with view of the mountain. We found the condo comfy and well stocked with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Linda & Michael :)
