Di recente costruzione, luminoso, spazioso, cottage nel quartiere storico, a pochi passi dal Portland Convention Center. Ottimo per viaggi d'affari o vacanze. Vicino a negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti, oltre al noleggio di biciclette, MAX e Streetcar sono tutti a pochi isolati di distanza.

Questo cottage ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante a Portland tra cui TV da 40 "con Netflix, wifi, divano componibile con chaise-longue, zona pranzo, ampio bagno con doccia piastrellata, lavatrice / asciugatrice ed elettrodomestici da cucina professionali. Il letto estraibile al piano inferiore è matrimoniale, dotato di un materasso in memory foam. (Nessuna barra al centro!) Al piano superiore è un bellissimo rifugio riposante con un letto matrimoniale in stile slitta con nuovo materasso in memory foam e zona spogliatoio. Dispone di interni privati, splendidamente arredati, pro cucina e altoparlanti bluetooth per connettersi alla tua musica preferita o podcast. Il giardino recintato adiacente si trova proprio fuori dalle porte-finestre e dispone di posti a sedere nel patio, cortile erboso, alberi da frutto e sedie a sdraio. L'accesso al 2 ° piano avviene tramite scala per navi. Chiedi dettagli se necessario. Il proprietario abita nella casa principale ed è lieto di avere idee per i ristoranti, aiutare a pianificare gite di un giorno e altro ancora. Ma la pensione è molto privata e il tuo tempo sarà tranquillo e rilassante!

Perfect for a young couple or traveling pair who don't mind sharing a bed. Bed is up a ladder in a loft space so that could prove tricky for people with mobility issues, but it was no problem for my sister and I. This property was perfect for our needs and we had a great time exploring Portland for a couple of days.

There are stacked laundry machines in the bathroom, did not use but was very accessible.Very cute place. Well equipped kitchen. Bed comfortable. Just make sure u r physically capable of managing the stairs to the bedroom. Lovely kitties make the stay perfect.

Very nice and comfortable space. The loft was fun. And very high up! Definitely a place for sober guests! The buzzy water heater was a curious mystery for a while. Happy it was pretty quiet when we were sleeping. It was a good place to stay.

This place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and came with a bonus outside cat who visited us every day! Portland is insanely walkable for the able-bodied and the public transit is great. This house was perfectly located for meeting all of our needs and was adorable to boot!

convenient, quiet location

The guest cottage was in a great location. It was easy to get to many of the main attractions we went to in Portland, but still located in a quiet neighborhood. Martha was very accommodating and gave us good advice on local attractions to visit and restaurants that met our needs. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was a good size space for the two of us. Street parking was easy to find.

It was very, very dusty. Looked like it had not had a good deep clean in years. We went and bought supplies the first night so we could dust. Then we borrowed a vacuum. There were also ants in every room of the place. Other than that the place is pretty great. Nice and quiet

Good laundry, bathroom, stocked kitchen. Comfortable place to work and to relax, provided you don't mind carrying things up/down a (very solid) ladder several times a day. Only complaint there is there's no heater in the living room, so WFH was a bit cold. I also would advise guests that there is a smart TV with an always-on microphone which you may want to unplug when not in use.Only docked 1 cleanliness star because the trash can has no lid, and so without a separate compost bin, the pantry began to smell after a few days from food scraps. (Also a bit surprised there was not a recycling bin.)Host was friendly and helpful. Cute cat, dog, and squirrels in the yard. Would stay again!

Cute Cottage Near Rose Quarter

This is a little gem of a VRBO property in Portland, less than a mile from the Rose Quarter. In the lovely and quiet historic Irvington neighborhood, the cottage is quiet, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen is especially nice, and we found all the essentials for preparing meals. The loft is fun and the bed was comfortable. We were blessed with nice weather, so the air conditioning was a bonus. Best of all, Martha is kind, helpful, responsive, and just nice to work with. As avid destination concert-goers, we would be happy to stay here again for another event at the Moda Center.

CAUTION. This property is unsanitary. There is extensive mildew in the shower and dirt throughout the home. I left and rented a different property. I texted photos to the host and pointed out that the condition of the home does not match the photos in the listing. I asked her to do the right thing and refund me at least 50% of the unused nights. She refused and only refunded my cleaning fee of 85. PLEASE review my photos before you consider staying here. My daughter and I were horrified.

The Irvington cottage was very conventiently located, spotlessly clean, and well appointed. It was a tranquil space to recharge after exploring the city. We all slept well and really enjoyed visiting with the cats in the lush yard. The whole neighborhood was gorgeous with crazy blooms, heritage trees, and historic houses.

Great Location - cute place

Irvington was a great location for us and the neighborhood is super charming. Lovely walks and beautiful yards all around. Found a cute coffee shop in walking distance. This was a very nice place to stay - super comfy.

A gem in Portland

This home is so nice and quiet. I came to visit my brother who recently moved to Portland, and there are so many small shops as well as restaurants in the area just a short walking distance. The weather was perfect and Martha is amazing. I will be coming back!

Cozy spot in great neighborhood

My husband and I had a couple of nights in Ptown and enjoyed the cozy cottage and its great location very close to all that makes Ptown so fun: coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, etc. Really loved the morning run in the neighborhood, too. Definitely come back.

Perfect spot

Very unique and attractive cottage. The location is excellent, allowing you to walk to a number of great restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. There is plenty of close parking and all the neighborhood residents were very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Our host was really communicative prior to our arrival so we could be specific with our planning... and then when we met her in person and she gave us great advice about local eateries.
