Great family get away. Beautiful hillside home for a family reunion. Bedrooms adequately sized and lots of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meals and entertaining. Close to parks and activities.

Upstream Way was just right for our few nights in Asheville. The home is clean, but in an excellent location and the hosts were quick to reply to texts and email.

Upstream is a fantastic place to stay in Ashville. The house was clean and on the main floor is a cook-ready kitchen and a den with a comfortable couch and a large television for streaming your shows. Upstairs, each bedroom offered a pillow-filled bed and bathrooms with step-in showers. Hot water was readily available. Out the front door and just across the street is a paved trail perfect for walking, running and biking and the French Broad River. Upstream is just several miles away from West Asheville, which offers a variety of shops and restaurants and Ashville’s bustling downtown.

The house is perfectly located across the river where there’s a boat launch, walking trails and fishing spots. The neighborhood is quiet but it’s also quick access to the best parts of Asheville - West Asheville and River Arts District. The house is new and clean with comfortable beds. Roku TV gave us access to all our favorite streaming services too. We’ll be back!

This was a great place to stay in Asheville. The house was conveniently located and has a nice view. There are walling trails across the street from the property. It was very clean.

We were in town for just a quick visit so we didn't get to use the kitchen much. The house was awesome and located in a great place. The hot tub was great but we didn't get to use it much because of our short stay. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location

We loved the beautiful house and the hot tub, as well as being so close to Carrier Park and the trails along the river. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Asheville.

We had a few night to visit Asheville and this home was great, close to downtown and across the street from the river park. Spacious, comfortable, and close to everything we were looking to do.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Asheville area. The location was perfect as nothing we wanted to do was more than a few minutes away, which made getting around incredibly easy.One of our favorite features was the river access directly across the street. Our dog absolutely loved it, and it was such a nice bonus to have a pet-friendly spot so close by.We also spent a ton of time relaxing on the deck. It was the perfect place to enjoy our mornings and unwind in the evenings.The house itself was very clean and well maintained. We were especially impressed with how well the air conditioning worked, even with the bedrooms being upstairs. Everyone stayed comfortable throughout our stay.Overall, this was a great home in an excellent location, and we would happily stay here again on a future trip to Asheville.
