Vi invitiamo a rimanere nel nostro spazioso 2 letto / 2 ristrutturato di recente e ristrutturato. 5 condominio condominio bagno situato su Midnight Pass Rd. direttamente dall'altra parte della strada dalla bellissima spiaggia (# 1 in USA) "Siesta Key Beach" !! Il nostro bellissimo condominio vanta tutte le comodità della vostra casa. Una piacevole pausa ti aspetta con la nostra cucina rinnovata di recente, bagni aggiornati, arredi di altissima qualità, TV a LED da 60 "nel soggiorno, TV a LED da 46" in ogni camera con wifi gratuito e canali cinematografici multipli, 3 terrazze arredate e biancheria di lusso per tutti letti. Il nostro condominio è un'unità molto grande a quasi 1400 piedi quadrati. La camera da letto 1 ha un letto king size, la camera da letto 2 ha 2 letti singoli e il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size.

Il resort Bay Oaks è immerso in un lussureggiante vegetazione tropicale sull'Intracoastal Waterway, direttamente di fronte al Golfo del Messico e alla famosa spiaggia Crescent / Siesta, con la sua sabbia soffice e fresca. Siesta Beach ha recentemente guadagnato il titolo come la migliore spiaggia # 1 in America per il 2011. Godetevi bombardamenti, jogging, windsurf, beach volley, o semplicemente rilassarvi su questa bellissima spiaggia. L'ingresso principale è a breve distanza in auto (1 miglio).

I negozi di convenienza e diversi ottimi ristoranti sono a pochi passi dal tesoro nascosto di Siesta Key Village. È anche possibile accedere a un giro gratuito (suggerimenti apprezzati) a Siesta Key Village dove una vasta gamma di shopping e attività da pranzo aspetta. Oppure, salta in auto e esplori le attrazioni locali di Sarasota e St. Cerchio di Armand. In auto, molti eccellenti campi da golf attendono chi desidera colpire i collegamenti.

L'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica è a circa 1/4 miglia di distanza con un sacco di parcheggi e negozi e più punti di accesso alla spiaggia sono tutti lungo la Midnight Pass Road.

La serenità è abbondante in acque tranquille, acque e miglia della sabbia cristallina di quarzo più squisita. Noleggio barche, attrezzature per la pesca, noleggio di jet ski, noleggio kayak / paddleboard, para-vela e noleggio biciclette sono tutti disponibili attraverso la strada. Per la comodità dei nostri ospiti, forniamo tutti gli elementi necessari per la spiaggia, compresi un carrello da spiaggia, ombrellone, sedie, giocattoli da spiaggia e asciugamani. Quando rimani in condominio, tutto quello che serve è un costume da bagno e flip-flop e sei pronto per una vacanza sulla spiaggia di Siesta Key.

Siesta Key è veramente una piccola fetta di paradiso per tutti nella famiglia dai nonni ai bambini piccoli. Sia che rimani per mesi per sfuggire agli inverni settentrionali o per fare una breve gita per rilassarsi e ringiovanire. Vieni a freddo con noi in chiave Siesta!

Great experience

Very nice property. The owner is very responsive to any issues. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the ac cycling over and over through the night, but that was very minor. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We were very happy with the space, the location, and particularly the ease of parking (not easy in Siesta Key)! There was plenty of room for us to spread out, an extra large washer and dryer, and lots of beach chairs and towels. We would rent this property again.

Great family home

This home was perfect for our family of five. Three teenagers fit perfectly. We enjoyed the 2 1/2 bathrooms. Laundry room in condo, the pool and also dock area in the back. The parking space was convenient, located close to condo. The location to the beach was great too! Fireworks could be seen from the porch on Friday nights. Overall we loved this place. Only thing we didn’t like was the lack of supplies, no sponge, dishwasher soap or extra trash bags only 1/2 roll of paper towels, no coffee. However when we told the owner about a few of these supplies and they were quick to accommodate us. We would stay here again and would recommend this unit.

Relaxing stay in a fun condo!

A great condo for our family! We really liked to be able to spread out and have our own space. The various decks allowed for fresh air and different views. The boys loved the pool and the warm water. It was also a nice surprise to walk to the canal and watch the water and birds. We wished the beach was a little closer but it was a pleasant walk and didn't take too long. We jumped on the trolley a few times right in front of the condo to go downtown. We had a couple of meals in and all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The skim board in the beach closet was a big hit with my teen boys who had never skim boarded before! Comfortable and great stay!

Siesta Key rental

The unit was well equipped but not enough to give it a top rating. The owners were very nice and accommodating. It was furnished generally tastefully, but on the darker and heavy side for a beach rental. The couches were comfortable and seemed newer, but the king bed mattress was saggy and needed replacing. Kitchen had most equipment but could use more light and a larger coffee maker given the size of the unit. Location was fine but a hike to the beach.

Steps but not steps to the beach

The property was decent....a lot of steps and not much of a view but plenty of room. We were hoping to be closer to the water but could only see a small slice of it from one of the decks. The location is in the middle of both public beach access points so we did the loop twice. It was probably 20-25 minutes each way so an hour plus round trip. The facility seemed like it was run by a 3rd party and not the owners (probably was) as it lacked the well maintained feeling but was sufficent. We were missing a garbage can for the kitchen and got a quick response from the mgr who ordered one via Amazon - and it arrived the day we were leaving. There were a lot of steps....getting to the front door and within the unit. Nothing wrong with that but if you are hauling in luggage or something you should be aware. Parking was handy, overall a decent place....just a place we would not go back to.

Christmas Visit

The record cold did not affect our great stay. The space was received in a very clean condition. Listing is honest and accurate. Communication with host via text and email was quick and cordial. Walk to public beach access is easily manageable. Parking could not be any better for this property. Do note access to the unit is up a flight of stairs and one flight exists in unit. Unit rules, directions, and information are clear and easily understood. We would rent this space again.

Siesta Key Thanksgiving 2021

Fantastic unit. Lou and Vicky outline everything that you will need for a successful trip, from what to do when first arriving at the property, to the check out process. Three minute car ride to the main Siesta Beach parking lot, could not be any easier. We will definitely be back!

Just perfect!

Comfortable, clean and newly updated townhouse, in a great location, conveniently close to all - the most beautiful Siesta Beach for sunbathing and morning or evening walks, Ocean Blvd for shopping and great food, and only 20 minutes away from Downtown Sarasota. The check in could not have been easier. The property owners were beyond accommodating and responsive. Thank you both!

This condo/townhouse was a great size for us. The bedrooms are big! It was only a mile from the main siesta key beach parking area. The kids used the pool a couple of times. Great value for the price!

Christmas stay in F22

F22 was a great place to stay , very clean and well stocked with everything needed to do our own cooking when we felt like it . Beach access is not far and everything is provided that is needed for the beach which is great when your flying like we did !

My husband Lou and I are from Nyack, NY and have been traveling to Florida several times a year for the past 15 years for business and pleasure. We love exploring new places all the time and when we arrived to Siesta Key 10 years ago, we fell in love instantly with the Key as well as the amazing and breathtaking beach. It is truly unlike any other beach we've been to and we've been to plenty all over the world. We found ourselves always wanting to go back to Siesta Key and once you've been there, you'll understand why. We finally decided to purchase our own home on the Island since we go there so often. We get such pleasure knowing that we can have our friends, family and guests experience just how beautiful the beach is in Siesta Key. It's guaranteed to make you want to come back on your next vacation.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Our condo was the perfect choice for us and it seems to be a great choice for almost all that have come to it. It is a very large and spacious duplex unit with 3 interior lanais (balconies for you New Yorkers : ) and it's quiet and peaceful... Exactly what I want to experience on vacation.

The other great features of our complex is the large heated swimming pool, game room, and the best for last as always, the beautiful Bay at the back of the property with a fishing pier, benches and chairs as well as 2 BBQ grilling stations. Does it get any better than that?
