Beautiful Views

We had a very pleasant two week stay at this condo. The unit was very clean and had most things we needed. The king mattress needs to be replaced with something newer and thicker. The TV in the living room needs to be a little larger. Other than that we had a great stay and would recommend this unit to others!!! Thank you to Darren for renting to us!!!

Wish we could stay

The property was ok for the money. The amenities in this unit need updated. You will need to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap and if you have more than 4 people you will need more forks! Otherwise our week at the beach was great.Now back to reality!! 😕

Condo nice enough, but....

Condo was nice, the elevators are horrible!! Condo has pretty much everything you need, except a hair dryer. Complex is pretty clean, mostly just the pool area. Elevators are horrible, so be prepared to use the stairs! The last day trying to pack and leave, had to wait at least 1/2 hr just to get an elevator. Only 1 out of the 2 working the whole week there!

Would definitely come back!

Darren is very easy to reach regarding any questions. The property was clean and the hotel wasn’t too loud or busy even during spring break! Great location with a lot of activities and restaurants in walking distance!

Great condo, the elevators suck

We had a great day other than my husband getting hospitalized right before our vacation was over. The only downfall was the elevators. Both end elevators was not working. And then a few days into our stay one of the middle elevators was only working sometimes. One elevator for everyone staying at this condo was definitely a challenge. Darren is so sweet though and even checked on my husband a few days after we were home!

Excellent place will be booking again soon.

Check in was easy. Beautiful view of the the Gulf. Definitely recommend this place and host. Don't miss out on a fun and relaxing place. We love coming to PCB.

the elevators are ridiculous it was crowded with no air in elevator I got stuck on it and maintenance came to fix the elevators it take forever to go up or down some of the time we just gave up and walked up 7 flights of steps or just walked down 7 flights of steps the place is Party city I had to call security 2 times because they was playing karaoke and they was yelling .

Nice place to stay!

Overall, this is a good condo to stay at. It has two big pools, and several smaller ones and hot tubs. The bikini bob’s there on site is good for lunch food, ice, etc. They also have a store on site for beach gear. They have a tiki bar near the pools. The condo was in good condition. The a/c is very loud when it comes on so if you’re a light sleeper beware. The dishwasher wasn’t cleaned but after I ran a cycle with nothing in it it was clean. The iron is broke as well. It works but it’s chipped. The outdoor chairs are outdated. The view is great from balcony. Also found a used sucker in the sheets of the bunk bed. A water bottle was left in the floor of the bedroom. Would recommend a better cleaning service. And there’s only 2 working elevators, so be prepared to wait a while during the busy hours! Overall, for the price, it’s still a good place to stay.

I liked the updates that have been done on the condo however the kitchen still needs work. Make sure you bring everything you might need for your stay.

Just right for our 3 night stay

Great location with walking distance to restaurants etc. Great view of beach. Pool area & beach was beautiful! Good communication with the owner.

Yearly vacation

Booked later than usual, was able to get property at a reasonable rate, owner was honest about any issues with property, not the best stocked with everyday items but he was up front about that, would rent again
