Posizione, posizione, posizione! Questo splendido condominio Immacolato è stato aggiornato e si trova alla base del Park City Mountain Resort! Questo è un condominio di 2 camere da letto + soppalco / 2 bagni completamente arredato e ha nuova vernice, lavatrice / asciugatrice, internet, piscina, vasca idromassaggio, cucina completa (lavastoviglie, ecc.), Camino a legna e molto altro! Dal soggiorno e dalla terrazza si godono viste spettacolari sulle montagne, sul parco del terreno e sul Park City Resort. Il patio offre un fantastico ambiente apres ski e la piscina riscaldata e la vasca idromassaggio per 14 persone sono solo la ciliegina sulla torta per le vostre vacanze a Park City. WI-FI GRATUITO, vasca idromassaggio, piscina riscaldata, lavatrice / asciugatrice.

Questo condominio è la più grande unità del complesso Snowcrest, vanta 1000 piedi quadrati ed è completamente attrezzato per il vostro soggiorno di vacanza.

La camera da letto principale al piano di sotto ha un letto di tronchi della REGINA, ante a specchio per armadio, un minimo di 300 fogli conta fili, piumino e mobili in legno. C'è un bagno completo al piano di sotto del corridoio.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e decorata con gusto in granito ed è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici (microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, ecc.). Il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto LED / LCD HD, lettore DVD, NETFLIX, DVD, camino a legna (legno fornito) e comodi divani con splendida vista sulla località di Park City Mountain. C'è anche un tavolo da pranzo espandibile che può ospitare fino a 6 insieme a 3 posti con sgabelli al bar dell'isola.

Una scala a chiocciola fuori dal soggiorno vi porta al piano superiore in un accogliente soppalco con due letti singoli. C'è un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale e un soppalco con un bagno completo al piano superiore (il bagno è tra il soppalco e la camera da letto privata, quindi non è necessario attraversare una camera da letto per raggiungere il bagno). L'accesso wireless a Internet è disponibile in tutta l'unità. Per tua comodità, è stato aggiunto un HE WASHER & DRYER privato di fascia alta.

Ho anche un altro 2 camere da letto + soppalco nel complesso Snowcrest (850 piedi quadrati) che possono anche essere disponibili.

Nota: NON ESISTE UN ASCENSORE in questo complesso ed entrambe le mie unità sono al 3 ° piano. Se venite per una vacanza sci / snowboard / attiva, questo non dovrebbe essere un problema per la maggior parte, ma se salire le scale è problematico per voi o qualcuno del vostro gruppo, per favore non affittare in questo complesso. Anche la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono chiuse in bassa stagione tra metà aprile - Memorial Day e metà settembre - metà novembre.

FYI, it's super easy to walk right across the street to three lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort (vs drive), or hop on the free shuttle that stops right at the complex and take it one stop to the main Park City plaza if you don't want to start at one of the three lifts across the street. Also, I highly suggest anyone going to Main Street hop on the free shuttle bus for the 3/4 mile trip to Main street (or walk if it's a nice day).

Patti is a gracious host with excellent communication. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. The condo itself is extremely convenient to ski or go to Main Street and there’s a bus stop directly across the street if you don’t feel up to walking. The kitchen is also very well stocked with cookware, dishes etc.

Close to the slopes

Great place to stay. Clean, well equipped, comfy beds, quiet, walk to Eagle lift, nice hot tub. That about sums up our stay. Plenty of room for 5 guys and all our stuff to enjoy a week of good skiing. Easy to catch the bus to just about anywhere. Thanks Patti.

Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the location, just wish the condo would have been a bit roomier with more places to sit in living room

Thank you for your review, Mike, and I'm glad you enjoyed the location and hope you had some good days skiing. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the size of the living room. This condo is the largest unit in the Snowcrest complex at 1,000 SF and has 2 full bedrooms along with a bonus loft area to sleep a total of 6 people. To be as transparent as possible, I represent the size and overall space in as much detail as possible (even include a video tour in the VRBO listing) and the posted pictures were taken in December 2024 after the recent remodel. The couch seats 3, and the living room has another chair and 2 bar stools and 4 chairs for the dining table. I will do my best to try to think of a way to add better seating for the future and appreciate your input. So glad that you enjoyed the location and thank you for choosing my condo.

Cozy accommodations near PCMR Base

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean with all the necessities. Super comfortable beds which I appreciated. The host was highly communicative and pleasant to work with. The size was a little smaller than I expected but didn’t matter because we were out and about most of the time.

Everything was seamless with check in. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the base slopes of mountain village. Beds were comfortable. Had all the necessary appliances for cooking in the condo. Would definitely stay again

Great stay in Park City

My friends and I enjoyed our week long stay in the condo. Easy check in/out logistics and great location for skiing and Main Street. The property was as advertised - a bit dated but functional. Good water pressure and hot water. Found the heat to be a bit variable between rooms. Really well stocked kitchen (butter, coffee, etc.) and bathrooms with toiletries. We’d definitely come back!

Great location, comfortable, upgraded

We enjoyed our third year in this cozy, comfortable, and clean condo. Kitchen appliances are new and full-size and the table expands to accommodate quite a few extras for dinner if needed. Location is perfect for walking right on over to ski equipment and lifts, and the fireplace is fun in the evenings. The place is well-stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and has lots of fireplace wood and starter logs. Great fun!

Great Location

This condo is in a great location just at the base of Park City mountain. A word of caution - be sure to understand the layout of this two bedroom and loft. It is suitable for people without small children as the second floor is accessible by a spiral staircase. The condo was well equipped with the proper cooking utensils.

Most children LOVE the spiral staircase and enjoy going up and down it and it's a great space saver. I know we discussed the layout and stairs in our conversations before you arrived and I'm so sorry if I wasn't able to articulate the layout. There is also a virtual tour on the site so I urge everyone to 'take the tour' before booking so you can understand and see the layout. This is the largest unit in the complex at 1,000 square feet. I would not suggest this unit for anyone who needs an elevator as it is on the third floor and there is a spiral staircase within the condo leading to the top floor. But glad you had a good time and loved the location and all the amenities I provide.

Everything is perfect!

Very nice condo in a perfect location for skiing and snowboarding! Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Well stocked kitchen, as advertised. We enjoyed grinding our fresh coffee every morning. It was a great and comfortable stay for 4 adults and 1 teenager. Seamless check in / out. The owner was so nice and very responsive. Overall would recommend as a very comfortable, convenient spot for skiing and snowboarding. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My family of five went on...

My family of five went on a last minute February trip to Park City. Patti was very accomodating - helped with lift tickets, info on Park City. It was our first ski trip to UT. My boys -8 and 10 loved the bunks. Teenage daughter loved having her own room in loft. Well stocked kitchen, fireplaces, kids loved pool. Very close to Park City, you can see it from the deck. Short drive to Deer Valley, Shuttle across the street to Main St and other mountains. Good affordable accomodations - would stay again.

Overall, it was a great experience.

The condo is close to the base of Park City Mountain and is walking distance to the lifts. It is a little difficult for your smaller skiers, but doable. The condo has all the basic needs and was very clean. Patti, the condo manager, was extremely helpful and provided lots of great information before our trip. She was also accommodating with our VERY early flight schedules. Our only real issue was the hot water... for some reason it only stays hot for one person to take a QUICK (about 5 min.) shower, even though the condo sleeps 6 people. As a result, we had to really work to rotate our showers and many times at least 2-3 people had FREEZING cold showers.

Thanks so much for your review and very glad you found the condo close to everything, While the condo is located just across the street from 3 lifts (First time, Three Kings, and Eagle), you can easily hop on the free shuttle bus just steps from the condo and take it one stop to the main base 1 stop away if you don't want to walk the 5 minutes to the lifts. I'm glad you enjoyed the upgrades, new appliances, cleanliness, and appreciated the very early check in. I'm sorry to hear you had an issue with the hot water. This is the very first I've heard of an issue and the 50 gallon water heater is new as of December 2017. Had you called, emailed, texted or somehow gotten in touch with me I would have addressed it immediately. I will certainly look into it now that I know about it but wish you had gotten in touch with me during your stay so we could have addressed it then. Thank you again for choosing my condo and I hope in the future you contact the owner or property manager if you have any issues with your stay while you are there so it can be addressed. Wonderful place to stay near Park City Resort

We had a great time at this location. It is conveniently located near Park City Resort so that, every morning, we had only a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Patti is an exceptionally good host and provides recommendations on transport, places to eat, and stays in communication with her guests. The property itself is clean, cozy and perfect for a family. Our two children stayed upstairs in the loft area while my wife and I stayed in the bedroom below. We all felt that we had more than enough space. It is a short walk to downtown Park City and we did not feel the need to rent a car. We will absolutely book again the next time we come to PC.

Easy access to mountain and can walk to town

Everything you need to have for a weekend on the mountain. Walking distance to the lifts, ski rentals, and groceries. Downtown is a 25 min walk but easily reachable and can take a quick uber either way. Full kitchen makes it easy to eat before and after a long day on the slopes. Communication with owner was very easy and hospitable.

Snowy spring break

This condo was perfect for our family spring break vacation. It was our first trip to Park City, and this condo was the perfect location. Close to lifts and an easy ride to town on the shuttle. The grocery store is even walking distance away. Patti was very communicative and responsive. The condo was clean and had all of the necessities. We loved Park City and will definitely be back.

Location, Location, Location!!!

My boyfriend and I traveled to Park City for the entire week with another couple. This place was perfect for two adult couples, since each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and we never felt on top of each other. We loved the access to the hot tub, heated pool, and most importantly, the very short walk to the lift and Park City Mountain Resort. Fresh Market, Walgreens, and 7-Eleven are also an easy, short walk to-and-from this location. On the warmer, sunny days we walked to Main Street and enjoyed the shopping and dining experiences Park City has to offer. On the colder evenings, we took the shuttle to Main Street. The shuttle service is right near the condo! It is FREE, and was easy to manage. One of my favorite parts of the trip was meeting so many amazing, fun people in the hot tub. We had some great convos, beers, and laughs! We are thankful for our stay, and the effort that the host puts in to ensure we had a great time! I have no doubt that if I went back to Park City, I would try to stay here again! The location is SO IDEAL!

Park City Ski Trip Jan 18-21/2022

My wife & I stayed in the condo with our 3 kids under 11. They enjoyed sleeping in the loft and the condo was very convenient to the lifts and ok downtown Park City. Property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Avid lover of everything Park City! I currently manage 8 properties in park city and this was my first! All Park City Rentals started from this property.

When I originally bought my first condo (snowcrest 301), I was shocked by the lack of focus and care it received by a large rental company. I wanted a vacationer to fall in love with Park City and have an incredible experience and luxury lodging at a fair and reasonable price. I've learned that managing the condo through allparkcityrentals provided a much better rental experience and higher quality vacation for guests.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The location is FANTASTIC and the views are amazing. There is no other place I know of that is so easy to get to and get around. I love having top floor condos with a loft, more space, no one above you, and not having to have a car.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Views of Park City Mountain Resort, location, no need for a car, walk to Main Street (or hop on the free shuttle bus that comes every 7-10 minutes), pool, hot tub, fire place, warm, and inviting.
