Kulalani 904 è una delle case più nuove sviluppate all'interno del resort. Con un enorme 2673 piedi quadrati, questo paradiso a due piani ospiterà facilmente sia le famiglie che le coppie. I nostri ospiti hanno sottolineato i nuovi arredi e le dotazioni ben fornite - molti già programmano di riprenotare il loro ritorno!

Ci sono due master suite, entrambe arredate con letti king size che possono essere convertiti in letti gemelli se si preferisce. La suite di livello superiore ha un lanai privato con vista sul campo da golf Mauna Lani North, un televisore a schermo piatto e un magnifico bagno con cabina doccia, vasca da bagno, doppio lavabo e cabina armadio.

La suite di livello principale, anch'essa arredata con un re che può essere convertito in gemelli, ha un lanai privato che conduce al lussureggiante prato. Un bagno privato per questa suite comprende doppio lavabo, cabina doccia e vasca da bagno.

La cucina gourmet è attrezzata per i pasti in casa e il negozio di alimentari più vicino è a meno di 5 minuti di auto!

Tocchi raffinati come la carta da parati nella stanza delle polveri e opere d'arte in tutta la casa aggiungono vivacità e calore.

Una griglia per barbecue integrata è abbinata a un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto appena oltre la sala da pranzo per pasti piacevoli ma deliziosi.

Very nice home in a quiet, gated community very close to the Mani Lani resort. The space is large with everything you need for a great vacation.

Beautiful spot

The condo was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed using the pools, exercise room and hot tubs and the Beach club was a great place to swim and snorkle. The beach is a short walk away and a great place to view whales and sea turtles.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time staying at this condo. Everything was as represented. It was clean and roomy. The snorkeling at Makaiwa Bay (beach that is easily accessible with access card) was great (snorkel out and around the left side of the bay).

Great Stay in Kulalani

We really enjoyed our stay in Kulalani. My only complaint was that the carper in the downstairs bedroom seemed like it needed to be cleaned but that would not stop me from renting this unit again. The kitchen was well equipped and has everything you need for your stay.

This is a terrific layout for two couples, with two very nice suites. Lap pool renovation not finished, but by time I write this review, all should be done.Property Manager Wendee was very helpful!

Best yet!

This lovely condo was the best one we’ve stayed in yet! We’ve made 20+ trips to the Kohala Coast and so far we like Kulalani best. The condo was clean, nice comfy furniture, a well equipped kitchen, and had everything we needed for a month-long stay of beach going. We’d love to come back!

Wonderful condo in Kona

The rental unit worked really well for our stay in kona with our teenage son and his friend. The condo was very clean and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the garage had boogie boards, snorkel gear, and beach chairs. They also had some coolers available. Communication with Wendee was clear and prompt. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous home

We had decided to extend our vacation by a few days and lucked out when we found this accommodation. What an absolutely gorgeous home. We’ll be looking at this in the future for sure. Wendee, the property manager, was an absolute delight and came by with her young daughter to welcome us.

AMAZING house

We LOVED our stay! The house is huge with two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, which is ideal for a family/two families with plenty of space. Great kitchen stocked with EVERYTHING you'd need for cooking, packing meals to-go for the beach, etc. We also loved the house provided all sorts of beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc so we didn't have to buy or anything to rent to use at the beach. Easy access to the community pool nearby too. 10/10 stay here!

Wonderful Girls Getaway

My two teen/tween daughters and I enjoyed a wonderful weeks stay at this property. The beauty of the neighborhood and amenities is fantastic. The home is warm and inviting. Beds are super comfortable, the unit is stocked with beach gear which is great. My only (slightly) negative is I wish they had bikes as many other units do and possibly more comfortable lounge chairs on the lanai. Overall a great experience!

Another great stay!

Our family of 3 has been staying at various Kulalani homes for the last decade. We have stayed in homes of all sizes and locations. We enjoy the fact that this until faces the golf course side which has more privacy and quiet. The double suite layout is great for us. The master upstairs has a balcony and the downstairs suite is perfect for our teen. It would also be great for 2 couples or 2 families because of that. There is plenty of beach gear and the kitchen is well stocked. This unit has room for you to park in the garage. A bonus as parking is limited. We have stayed in this unit a couple of times now and plan to book it again. We love Kulalani because of the proximity to our favorite beaches and for its community pool area. Thank you for another great stay!

Enjoyed Our Stay

My wife and I stayed with my older parents for 8 nights. We found the home comfortable, spacious, and true to the pictures and description. Being 2 couples, it was great to have 2 master suites - additionally, the upstairs bed and bath are not directly above the downstairs, so each is quiet and private. Only downside for the upstairs is it can get warm in the later afternoon. There is a limit on the AC temp at 72-degrees. The room cooled down in the evening after sun went down. We spent quite a bit of time away from the home, sightseeing and exploring the island, but when we were home, we enjoyed the beautiful grounds of Mauna Lani, the conveniently-located grocery store, the lovely pool area, and the home, itself. We spent mornings watching the birds and mongooses from the back patio, and evenings cooking on the grill and relaxing on the spacious and comfy sofa. We rented a resort golf cart so that both couples had a vehicle, and we all really enjoyed buzzing around in it - over to Mauka for beautiful views and good breakfast, the shops, the Fairmont, and the beaches. It was also lovely to be able to park both the cart and our rented Tahoe in the 2-car garage (although parking the SUV was tight, it was still doable). Additionally, we appreciated Wendee’s help when we found ourselves in need of wheelchair and scooter rental, as well as some extra pillows and blankets. We would recommend the home, the resort, and the Big Island! We can’t wait to return! Mahalo!

A beautiful property with two big master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. A nice big kitchen, dining and living rooms. Outdoor patios were gorgeous. Two pools, a family pool and a lap pool! Our host, Wendee, answered all our questions in a very timely manner.We would definitely come back!!!

Beautiful Property in wonderful development

We have rented multiple condo/homes in the Waikola Beach area over the years. This was the nicest. Property development has beautiful pool complex and access to the Mauna Lani's beach club which has the best beach. Look forward to renting again on our next trip to the Big Island.

Not much left to say that hasn’t already been said…

Beautifully landscaped property, lovely, tastefully decorated and furnished, spacious home…pretty much everything needed in a home away from home. It was especially nice to find grocery dry goods that would have cost a small fortune to buy at Foodland Farms. Special kudos to Wendee, who even on a weekend responded immediately to a problem I’d created for myself. If I were to offer any advice to future guests, it would be to not rent anything larger than a standard sedan, which itself is a bit of a squeeze through the narrow garage doors. (What was the architect thinking?) I’d also suggest that, if you anticipate that not everyone in you party will be going the same direction all the time, consider renting bicycles or a golf cart. It’s an easy walk to Foodland Farms and The Shops, but the “Beach Club” is a hike.
