We were in Richfield springs for our children's wedding. We're were able to accommodate both families and some out of town gusts comfortably. With all the amenities of the home you will be so happy you stayed. Everyone was impressed with the property!!!

We stayed here with 7 families for our Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournament. There were a total of 22 people in the house and it didn't feel crowded. The space is beautiful and functional. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool and we spent our evenings roasting marshmallows around the firepit. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The kids had a blast in the game room and we made use of the board games in the family room. Communication was a breeze throughout the entire process. Thanks for making our stay in Cooperstown so enjoyable!

Family Weekend

It was long weekend family get together. The owners were very accommodating and addressed all of our needs. The home was so warm and welcoming. Would certainly recommend this property to family and friends.

Cooperstown Trip

We came from Florida for our boys to play at Dreams Park. The location was perfect distance from the park. The house was perfect to accommodate several families and still have your own space. Totally recommend for baseball families!

Great home for CDP parents

We had a great time at this property, accompanying our kids who playing at CDP. There was plenty of room for 8 parents as well as kids. The house and pool was a big hit with our players as well, especially on rainy days.

Great house for a family. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice grounds & pool. Lots of homey touches.

We were there for my grandson's baseball tournament in Cooperstown. The house is close to both the town and the field. Don't miss the cider mill right down the road in Fly Creek. Great week long experience!

I still remember when you drove up in the driveway years ago, the car window came down, and I asked where is Mary Lou....it was so nice meeting you. Everyone in your family was very nice...Salt of the earth...this is why we love what we do, because of families like yours that come and stay at out house, enjoy their family time, and appreciate all the hard-work we put into this place we call HOME-run-of-a-house. We stayed at the house for 3 days - a reunion of 12 old friends (in every sense!) Our host could not have been more accomodating; the house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we could want. Lovely outdoor space and very spacious indoor space. We all had our own space and privacy too. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect, fun and comfortable

Wish we could've stayed here longer! This place is a gem and worth the price. Very close to resort-like. We used the pool, the game room, the family space, and nearly every bed. Thank you to yh hosts fkr thinking of so many fun details! Only concer: many stairs, so not ADA friendly

Best rental ever!

This rental was perfect! Every detail was thought of! Above and beyond all necessities. We were here for CDP baseball tournament. Multiple families and ages stayed here. We made amazing memories. Wish every rental was as well equipped as this. It was also very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful!

The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!

Exceeded all of our needs

This property was amazing. We had 8 families stay here while our ball players attended CDP. There was lots to do to keep the siblings entertained. We had plenty of space and all of the bathrooms made sharing the house with such a big group really comfortable. The house has a cool history and layout. Everything we needed was there, even some things we didn’t even know we needed! I can’t recommend this place enough.

**"Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway for Families"**

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving break at this rental home with six families, including kids ranging from middle schoolers to toddlers. The house was spacious, with plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. We particularly enjoyed cooking meals together in the well-equipped kitchen and spending quality time in the cozy common areas. To top it off, we experienced the first snowfall of the season (about 6-8 inches), which made our stay even more magical. Upon arrival, the driveway was slippery due to the snow, but Mathew and Jim were incredibly prompt and efficient in getting it cleared, ensuring our safety and convenience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend this home to others!

The space was perfect for 13 family members, ages 8 to 80. We were there over Thanksgiving, having gathered from Vermont, Pennsylvania, Nebraska. and various NY towns including Manhattan. We had space for everyone at the dining table for meals, space for jigsaw puzzles, watching football, space for watching movies and the NY dog show! There was a game room downstairs, a ping pong table outside (which got snowed on...). Clearly the house has a lot more to offer when the weather is warm and sunny but we loved the cozy feel in November. The owners were easy to contact and always helpful. VRBO requires we rate the pool despite the fact that the pool was empty and covered for the winter. We gave it five stars simply to be consistent with the rest of our review.

The house was perfect! And the owners are awesome. Two thumbs up.

First off, the house was impeccably clean, like better than most hotels kind of clean so that was a really nice start to our week. The owners put a lot of attention in the details when the furnished the home, down to little things, like laundry baskets in the closets and higher end linens and towels. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities in the yard are the icing on the cake. Our sons played at the All-Star Village and while it was a little bit of a drive, it was a very easy and enjoyable one with beautiful scenery. It is very close to downtown Cooperstown with is also a plus for the avid baseball lover. We would highly recommend this home as a rental and we are definitely planning to stay there again in the future.

Jennifer, I'm SO glad you had such a good experience. We get 2-4 rentals a year, that say, "hey, we want to be closer to Cooperstown, stay in a great house/space, that's not too far from Oneonta's All-Star Village." We have not had 1 renter that has come close to saying, it was too far from Oneonta's All Star Village, and not worth the trip. -- I tell everyone; I will rent this week out, I am not trying to sell you on something you don't need, so I can get this week filled. I have sold-out every summer. I truly mean what I say..."Why not have the BEST of both worlds...have you kid play in Oneonta's All Star Village, be an awesome house, and get to know the amazing area of Cooperstown and all it has to offer. Well done Jennifer, well done. Come back, we've added more awesomeness to the house. We can't help ourselves.

LDW with friends

Overall, my friends and I had an awesome weekend. There were 18 of us and we used all 8 bedrooms. The backyard is awesome with tons of space including the deck, large grass area with fire pit, and a separate deck with a pool. Jim and Matthew were so welcoming and helpful with the whole process. The house had two fridges so we had a lot of space for any food we brought. We were able to go downtown and were provided with tons of awesome recommendations. I would definitely recommend this house for any gatherings with friends and family! :)

Excellent Choice for Baseball Families

Our team families couldn’t have chosen a better place to rent for our Cooperstown week! Located about 15 minutes from Dreams Park and about 10 minutes from downtown. The house was clean, welcoming, situated in a lovely location with plenty of restaurants and attractions in the area. Everyone enjoyed the pool and fire pits. The little kids loved feeding carrots to the horse next door. The kitchen is spacious and everyone’s groceries found a space. Matt was there to greet us and show us around at arrival. He was also extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. 10/10, will definitely book again when my younger son has his Cooperstown experience… maybe even sooner!
