Wendy and Jimmy were fantastic hosts! They made themselves available to offer recommendations and answer any questions we had about our stay. Their place was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Traveling with a toddler can be tricky, but this location was perfect. It’s an easy, convenient walk to the beach, tucked in a peaceful area with quiet neighbors, and still super close to the Duck boardwalk, which is such a cute area to explore! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend booking with them.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Duck. The property was spotless, well cared for, and very comfortable. We loved how close it was to restaurants and local spots, yet it still felt quiet and tucked away. The views were beautiful and really added to the experience. A great find and we would happily stay here again.

Great location!

Loved being right at the beach, but still having the close proximity of shopping and restaurants. The condo was beautiful and the host was very welcoming. Was a wonderful trip, will definitely visit again!

Best stay, yet!

We come to the OBX at least twice per and this was the best yet, because of the condo, the owners, and the people at the complex. Everything was clean, easy, conveniently located and we felt safe.

Wonderful Location

We were within 30 minutes of the sites we hoped to visit during our stay. The town of Duck is within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, the market. And so refreshing to return to a dip in the pool or a walk along the beach!

Great location

Tastefully decorated, great view, well stocked kitchen, and TV and Wifi great. Nice quiet complex. Easy walk to Duck. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

Great location. Easy access to the beach. Had a great time all around the area at parks, kayaking, horse tour up in Carova. We had a lovely time!Place was great. Beds were comfortable, hot showers, everything you need in the kitchen. Little porch with some beach chairs, pool noodles etc. pool was nice and clean also

Fantastic stay in Duck!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our week! Jim was such a great host, clear instructions and was extremely quick to respond and the condo was absolutely beautiful. The location in Duck was ideal and the property, beach and condo unit were all perfect.

Love this space!

Beautiful ocean views from the deck (which also overlooks the pool). This is the 2nd year my group has stayed here for a September beach trip, and we continue to love the location and convenience. Owners are great to work/communicate with as well!

This condo was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, spacious, great views from the large comfortable balcony! Jimmy reached out prior to our trip, as well as halfway through to make sure everything was going well and we didn’t need anything. We can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect first post-vaccine trip

Great location and accommodation. Condo was perfect for our family of four - two adults and two college-aged sons. Deck was great for relaxing in the shade and beach wonderful for walking and cooling off in the waves. Hosts were very flexible when our plans changed due to college graduation ceremony changes.

Really lovely place for a family vacation!

Very nicely equipped and maintained condo. Lovely views and very quiet building. Unit had everything on hand you might need. Pool was clean and well maintained and there is a lifeguard stand right out on the beach. Ample parking. Town of Duck easily accessible by walking or biking. Highly recommend this lovely condo!

Girls Getaway

We spent our annual escape to the beach at this wonderful condo just steps from the ocean. We heard the waves all day and all night, walked the beach, and returned back to a CLEAN well-appointed condo. Thank you!

Fantastic Location and beautifully landscaped

Couldn't beat the location! See the sunrise every early morning from your own balcony and hear the waves all day/night. 1 minute walk to the beach, ghost crab watching every night and downtown Duck and its boardwalk in walking distance. Great town, great beach & great condo. Not too much I would change. Owners were accessible and they were very accommodating.
