The property was conveniently located for our purpose and was clean. Not having air conditioning was a little bit of a problem. 4pm check-in was also disappointing. 3om seems standard.

We do want to clarify that A/C is extremely uncommon in the Summit County area, and the property does not advertise A/C as an amenity. We provide box fans in each bedroom closet to help with warmer summer nights. Our standard 4:00 PM check-in is also consistent with the standard throughout the Summit County area and with many hotels nationwide, particularly in high-volume destinations. This allows our housekeeping teams the time needed to properly prepare each property between guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your feedback!

Perfect size for our family of 3. Clean and fully stocked. The humidifiers were very much appreciated. Glad we bought coffee grounds because very little was provided. Loved the private locker for ski gear and the luggage rack in parking garage was very helpful.Very short walk to all the restaurants, shopping and ice cream. Great location. Will definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was okay but in the future I will look for better accomodations elsewhere. The unit appeared moderately worn and the checkout work was tediuous. The price was high and not a good value.

Thank you for your feedback. Our check out instructions are fairly standard across most vacation rentals (take out the trash, run the dishwasher, make sure windows & doors are locked). Great Condo in Keystone

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented from Summit County Mountain Retreats for at least the past 15 years. They always provide a great experience at a fair price. We have never had a problem renting from SCMR but whenever we have had a question they are prompt to answer or respond. This condo was no exception. The location was great, it was well furnished and clean. While many photos are "expanded" to make areas look bigger, this condo was actually larger than it looked in the pictures. Would very comfortably accommodate 4 persons (if one bathroom would be enough). Highly recommend.

Keystone Condo Visit

Great Stay

The TV's are tiiiiinnny, but that's not a big deal. We only watched tv to kill time before the lifts opened.

A week in the Golden Aspens

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay at the Buffalo Lodge. Because of the time of year, it was a quiet stay. My husband and I are not billiards people, but we enjoyed the community room and played pool every night. We also enjoyed the hot tub--to ourselves. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed.

The shower seemed a bit weak on pressure, even for a flow reducing showerhead.The entire complex is very nice and I enjoy staying in them. Close to the slopes and in the middle of the village makes it extremely convenient to pop in and out during the day.

Walk to the gondola

Overall, a good stay. The place was very roomy, but I felt like there were some small issues that could be addressed:-There were no curtains in the bedroom (only blinds) and this was somewhat annoying because the parking lot is lit all night.-Kitchen items are limited. Among the items, some of the sparsest ones were the 5 spoons and 4 bowls. Also the pans were pretty beat up. -The appliances were dated.

Dumpy

The elevators don’t work which is a huge issue. The bldg isn’t taken care of. The management company says it’s the fault of the owners association, which frankly doesn’t mean much. Read about the years of complaints and you’ll see it’s a co aren’t issue, which means the fire department hasn’t truly co plied with elevator inspections. I’d shut the bldg down and disallow occupancy till they fix all the elevators. There are plenty of other problems with this bldg, but this was the most obvious required fix among any of them. I wouldn’t stay here again or in keystone either.
