Rilassati nel grande soggiorno che ha molto spazio per tutti e caminetto a gas. È anche un immenso giardino da giocare nel cortile durante tutte le stagioni. Situato nel popolare quartiere di Dollar Point! A pochi minuti da Tahoe City. Con accenti di legno, soffitti cattedrale, e ampi lucernari per il sole, si avrà alcun problema rilassante sulla vostra vacanza Tahoe.

Gustare un caffè sul ponte posteriore in estate o davanti al camino a gas caldo e accogliente in inverno. L'ampio soggiorno / pranzo / angolo cottura aperta sarà dove la vostra famiglia si riunisce per la conversazione e giochi. Vi è una TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, e molti posti a sedere in salotto.

La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici e comfort necessari per cucinare un pasto in famiglia favoloso.

Il ponte privato fuori della parte superiore del pavimento del salotto si affaccia sul grande cortile recintato over-size. Circondato da alti alberi di pino, la nostra casa ha un pozzo a ferro di cavallo e built-in barbecue; perfetto per rilassarsi con la famiglia e godersi l'impostazione bosco e l'odore di pino fresco.

Sweet Dreams accoglie 10 ospiti con 3 comode camere da letto e un bagno al piano inferiore, e una grande master suite al piano superiore.

Nice spacious house was perfect for 7 of us, including 2 children and our dogs. Highlight is the large kitchen-living room area for family gatherings. We arrived during a snow storm so everyone enjoyed making snowmen is the backyard. Communication from the hosts was excellent

Our stay over the holidays was absolutely amazing. We had an unexpected snow storm that knocked out the wifi for the whole area and the property manager was amazing at keeping us informed. Hot tub was great, yard was VERY pet friendly, there was plenty of room for a family to "weather a storm" & kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Lovely cabin...we had a wonderful time. Unfortunately got snowed in after trying to make it home. Ended up in Boomtown for a couple days, which wasn't bad either. Cabin was well equipped! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, and a dog! Area was very nice for morning walks, tucked away from the hustle bustle, yet close enough to our favorite spots like Commons Beach and Garwoods!

Amazing home! We loved our stay. It was our first time to stay in Dollar Point as well, and couldn’t recommend it more. Property manager was very responsive when needing assistance with the amenities and would definitely consider staying here again.

This home was perfect for our family and friends. It was raining a lot during the first part of our stay so we spend a lot of time indoors with plenty of space for everyone to play games, watch movies, relax or use the hot tub outside. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels for everyone and the washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen had everything you can think of to cook and serve meals for big groups. Would stay here again anytime!

Amazing vacation stay!

This was our one big trip for the summer and this house was amazing! Everything was provided for, cleanliness, supplies, huge luscious back yard and hot tub. It was centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood and right next to the bike path. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway at Dollar Point

Our family vacation was a great experience here. The house was everything we hoped and more. The location is close to Tahoe City, which was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walks around it with nice views. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again sometime soon.

Great Stay for SuperBowl Weekend

This is my family’s second time renting this property. We love the north shore and this property, as it is updated and clean. We also love the fenced in back yard for playing in the snow with our small children and dogs.

Everything you need - great location - well appointed

We have stayed at this property a couple times now. It is clean and incredibly well appointed with everything you need. The fenced in back yard is great for our dogs, and the walking trails across the street were fantastic for walks in the snow. It is really easy driving access to both Northstar and Squaw. Highly recommend.

Love this house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far the nicest house we have ever rented in Tahoe. It has a great layout, perfect for family and the yard was a great place for the kids to run around. All amenities you could possibly want and centrally located to beaches and town. We will definitely rent this house again.

very good overall

We enjoyed our visit and overall everything was clean and exactly what you see in the pictures and the yard and hot tub were a real plus. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the carpeting but It is the first time I have ever rented a house that allowed pets so maybe the condition of the carpet is pretty much standard.

Perfect girls weekend

We had a blast! My friends and our pupkids had a such a great time! Yard is fully fenced in and secure. Pups had a great time romping around in 8 inches of fresh snow. So convenient to have access to the backyard from first floor and second floor. Inside the house was great too. Love the open layout for kitchen and living room. Beds were really comfortable. Really nice neighborhood. Easy loop for dog walks with great views of the lake. Will definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!

Although the pictures of this property are technically correct, they do not accurately show what staying in the house is like. (1) Upon entering the front door, one is standing in a small dark space with doors to 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Directly ahead is a very long, steep staircase to the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, and master suite are located. Going up and down these steep stairs many times a day to get to the front door, backyard, or get something from a bedroom was extremely difficult. (We are seniors with arthritis and other mobility issues and had young grandchildren visiting daily.). There are even longer outdoor stairs from the upper level deck to the backyard, but the stairs were so narrow and steep that they were unsafe for the children and our dog and we had to block them off and had go down the indoor stairs to go into the yard. (2) The only parking was on the very short and narrow driveway immediately next to the front door. (Street parking not allowed.) One could technically get 2 or 3 cars into the driveway front-to-back, but we had to constantly shift cars around when someone wanted to leave. (3) The upstairs was dark with inadequate lighting and stifling hot. (4) We found dishes with crusted on food in the cabinets. (5) Sheets & pillows badly need replacing. Nice Place

Nice location, great backyard. House has the majority of its living space on the second floor, with kitchen and living room requiring frequent stair use, especially from the 3 lower bedrooms exterior BBQ, which is on located on the upper deck. This could create challenges for people not able to consistently climb stairs, or wish have the back yard and outdoor cooking space on one level. Liked how it was dog friendly, and had an open living room. No air conditioning-so the upper rooms remained sultry, but Tahoe temperatures were uncharacteristically warm. No garage use and driveway was narrow. Neighborhood allowed for nice walks. Overall a nice place but felt dated, and dusty including some lower bathroom shower mold residue, and it was missing what i considered fairly standard cooking supplies like PAM spray and cooking oils. Neat cabin feel however it was inferior in comparison to others places we have stayed for similar price. Again, All of this is just our opinion and we enjoyed our experience in Lake Tahoe.

Great Thanksgiving

The property was perfect for our group. 3 couples with small children and two dogs. Fenced in backyard for dogs was very convenient. There was even a toy box for the kids, and step stools in the bathrooms. What a kitchen. We were at the house for Thanksgiving and we couldn't have asked for a better or more well-stocked kitchen. It had EVERYTHING we could need. I mean down to speciality tools like a turkey baster and a microplane. How wonderful. We were there during a very serious snow storm. Prior to coming up it I was in contact with Cindy at Tahoe Rental Company and she was so helpful and understanding. We were lucky enough to be able to keep the place an extra day due to the impending storm and they even discounted our rate to encourage us to drive home when it was safer. What a lovely company, lovely home, lovely time. Great big open living area is on second floor, three of four bedrooms on the first. It was a great set-up for hanging out all together. The open concept meant it was easy to keep an eye on the kids while we cooked. Just a lovely time and we know we will be back to this house again. It was really perfect.

Exceptional Friendsgiving in Tahoe

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an exceptional stay at Sweet Dreams in Dollar Point. Perfect for 3 families with small children. We stayed during Thanksgiving and the kitchen was the most fully stocked kitchen I have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Literally everything you could need for a feast. Even a turkey baster! There was an unseasonably early and fierce snow storm predicted for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (2019 bombogenesis, ah!) and Cindy was available and so kind with advice about driving up. We needed to extend our stay by a day because of another snow storm predicting 3 feet of snow for our departure day. Again Cindy worked with us. Luckily the house wasn't booked for Monday so she helped us with a discounted rate so that we didn't put ourselves in potential danger trying to drive home. What a lovely home and company. We definitely plan on staying here again when we have a large group. Will stay with Tahoe Rental Company again even in a smaller house with just us. The house was cozy, great for a group, beds comfortable and warm. Fenced in yard was great for kids and dogs. Just perfect.
