Rolf was an exceptional host and made sure every little part of our stay hit the mark. He gave us a tutorial on how to operate all the outdoor amenities and even made sure we had plenty of propane when we mentioned grilling. They made the stay effortless for us and that made for a true vacation experience.

Rolf was an amazing host. it's such a big house you will have questions but he is happy to answer and help in any way possible.The house was immaculate and I loved the decor. great wifi and plenty of bathrooms! The covered patio and pool area was great! Plenty of space, I asked where to buy wood for the pizza oven and he said everything here is for you to use. You don't need to buy wood. He even came and lit the stove for us. The group has decided we will try and get the house every year for our golf event! I give this house a 10. Not only for the house, but because the host was amazing as well!

This spacious and beautiful home easily accommodated all 13 of us for a week oflounging by the pool, soaking up the sun during the day and soaking in the hot tub under beautiful starry skies!The house is stocked with beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas to make beach trips super convenient! Rolf was an excellent host! Always eager to help and accommodate with any request. Our family greatly appreciated the hospitality!

Excellent stay

Rolf was an excellent host. Very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the property. The house was plenty big for our group of eight and was very centrally located for our needs. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Paradise Awaits!

This home was absolutely paradise! Conveniently located to everything you could possibly want to do. It was extremely spacious for our family of 7. The backyard was a tropical delight with pool, spa and outdoor entertainment/bar area. Beach and restaurants were minutes away and easy to get to. The host, Rolf, was extremely easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was top notch. We will definitely book again!

Outstanding property and host

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for a group of eight people, super clean, great location. The outdoor living space was awesome. Rolf is the best host I have dealt with in over 10 years. He really made our stay enjoyable, came by to check if we needed anything.

Perfect place for relaxing family vacation

The property was exactly as we expected and the hosts were even better: very responsive and eager to ensure we enjoyed our time in South Florida. The noise from the construction projects next door were the only negative the whole week.

Words cannot explain how amazing the property, house and hosts are. We were blown away by the beauty, character, cleanliness and attention to detail from the moment we pulled into the tropical driveway until the last moment leaving, looking back into the house as we hesitantly closed the door. I believe a vacation is made memorable by the destination and the friends and family with you. I also believe it is the house that makes it magic, and the hosts that make it feel like home away from home. Rolf and Ingrid are lovely to communicate with and I can't thank them enough for telling me the story of the house when I asked. I strive to be a good host and my goal is to ensure guests feel at home on the property and enjoy the many amenities, especially in the back yard as I have had a hand in building most of it.

We are perfectly located in the middle of the city, yet we have complete privacy. Our property is on a cul-de-sac with little traffic and we hare on a lake.

How many properties have a 5-hole putting green? It's been a wonderful addition and has proven to be a lot of fun for golfers and non-golfers alike! All the rooms have a distinct feature and we consider the property our little piece of Italy
