While we are sorry that our property did not meet your expectations, we are very certain that the damage to the lamp occurred during your stay. We are very careful in these situations and do perform our due diligence when we find damage to our property. We also take pride in creating a “homey” atmosphere for our property. We want people to feel comfortable during their stay and not have the feeling of a hotel type property as this is not a hotel. With regards to the cleanliness. While the items you pointed out that did not meet your specific expectations are duly noted, as we have previously stated, we have never had other guests point out any cleanliness issues.
