Abbiamo appena aggiornato la nostra unità per dormire comodamente 12 persone!

Mantieni la tua barca o moto d'acqua sulla spiaggia per un facile accesso o parcheggiata nel parcheggio custodito / recintato. Tutti i nuovi mobili sono a tema vacanziero e creano l'atmosfera per un ottimo soggiorno in quello che è probabilmente l'indirizzo migliore a Lake Havasu City.

Ha una vista sull'acqua, un grande patio che è l'ideale per uscire con la famiglia e gli amici, fare il barbecue e guardare le barche che navigano attraverso il canale!
La master suite ha un letto king size in California, un grande armadio con ante a specchio, una TV via cavo e un lettore DVD e un bagno privato di dimensioni standard con doccia / vasca e una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabili.
La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, comodino, (2) letti a castello full size con materassi in memory foam e ante a specchio con bagno privato in tutta la hall.
La cucina ha un forno a microonde, un frigorifero, una lavastoviglie, un forno a microonde, un tostapane e una macchinetta del caffè, nonché tazze, piatti, pentole, padelle e tutti i comfort di casa.
Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto, un NUOVO grande divano reclinabile di lusso e un divanetto abbinato (quattro persone possono reclinarsi contemporaneamente!) tavolino e tavolini per farti sentire come a casa!
Abbiamo anche aggiunto un solido pensile in rovere che contiene un lussuoso letto matrimoniale oltre ad un altro armadio per riporre vestiti e tre cassetti.
Gioca nel canale sulla spiaggia o rilassati nella piscina riscaldata, questo condominio ha tutto il necessario per la tua prossima vacanza a Lake Havasu!

The pool was nice to sun used it twice . Tv we were not able to get to work. Garbage disposal was out but was replaced in a couple of days. coffee machine did not work but was replaced toward end of stay. Place is nice and spacious Patio area is very nice but not private. Nice view of the London Bridge. Without a working TV I would not stay there again.

This condo is a great place to stay for groups. Plenty of sleeping spaces without having to overflow onto an air mattress. Lots of seating for dining both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen has all the basics. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Communication with Host was great, readily available. The condo was clean and ready to be used. The location is prime. The view from balcony was limited to the lake but the shore was within walking distance.

Needs repairs and replacements

Leather chairs flaking off. Sofa worn out. We washed the floors and vacuumed the rugs which were really dirty. Culdnot run the fan in bedroom without the light on. Blinds don’t work in bedroom. Tv remote batteries put in wrong. Satellite tv didn’t work properly cable ok.

Spacious, Comfortable Condo in Great Location

Our family of 6 stayed here for a couple of days over the Christmas break. Although dated, this condo had everything we needed and was in a great location within a short walk to London Bridge. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The patio is huge and had a perfect view of the London Bridge all lit up for the Christmas season. We definitely recommend it.

Amazing Trip

Have stayed at the Kingsview Condominium numerous times and hands down this Condo was amazing. The Condo was very clean and plenty of room to sleep everyone in the family. The host was also very accommodating and great communication every step of the way. I will definitely be back to stay at this Condo. Thank you

The family vacation

My family & I had a great time and stay here at the condo & there was plenty of room for 7 of us to sleep comfortably. Great location other than you can not see the channel straight in front of the building. Good view of the bridge though! Beds are really stiff!!

Disappointing

We didn’t stay. We drove 6.5 hours to the location, walked into the condo, determined that it was not habitable and drove 6.5 hours home! The beds had no sheets.. oh wait they were on the floor of the bathroom in a dirty pile with the towels, the floor was dirty, the counters were dirty, the kitchen was dirty and the bathroom, well I will refrain from posting what the toilet looked like! The view from the balcony was a view of the rooftop in front of us.. but in reality that was the least of it. Honestly, I do not like posting bad reviews, and if the hosts were in anyway receptive, I probably would not have listed all that I have. When I texted them when I arrived I received no answer. It wasn’t until I called them that I received the response “well things happen, I guess. For all I know they had an accident. The cleaning crew did have a funeral last week!” Considering I was in contact a few days before we arrived, I would have appreciated it if the host had told me that they could not accommodate us this weekend. Although disappointing it would have been better than having my 93 year old father travel 13 hours in the car. The host did refund our money but claimed we decided to stay with friends instead. Not true! Maybe it was a bad week for the cleaning crew, and I do understand things happen but the lack of concern and communication were really the worst of it!

Short visit with friends

We really enjoyed our stay here but I wish I would have looked at the pictures closer. I thought this property was right on the sidewalk in front of the channel and on the far corner of the building. I was surprised to see other condo roof lines in front of our channel view and we were in the center of the building. We did appreciate the view of the bridge and even though it was understocked we still enjoyed ourselves on this 2 night stay.

Perfect location in Lake Havasu

The location was perfect to walk to the Village and London Bridge. We also had our doggies with us which had great walking paths under the London Bridge and to one of the replica lighthouses. Views from the condo of the London Bridge were lovely and this time of year at night showcased the holiday lights to really get you in the spirit. The condo was well equipped, super clean and well decorated. We will certainly come back in the future.

Walking distance to London Bridge and waters

Property was exactly as advertised - lots of room and the patio was like nothing I had ever seen (strange that all the neighbors' patios were connected and divided by a very low wall, but it was incredibly spacious). The kitchen was stocked with all the basics for cooking - pots, pans, basic condiments, utensils, plates, cups - very convenient. It was within walking distance to the London Bridge and had a great view of the bridge and the waters from the patio. We visited during December so couldn't quite avail ourselves of the full benefits of the space, but I can definitely imagine that it would be a great place to hang out with family and friends during the warmer months. The connection for the TV was not the best, and wi-fi was a bit glitchy, but our family had fun here.

Great location

We spent Christmas here. The location is right on the inlet water way, the boardwalk to the London Bridge and its shops and restaurants. The other direction leads to a park. There is so much that is within walking distance! The area is dog welcoming with places to walk with your dog, even patios at restaurants that provide water bowls. The condo is great for family gatherings. There is ample sitting room and a table great for playing games. The patio is large with views of the London Bridge and the lake. We'll be back!
