La mia casa di charme è stato selezionato per il tour storico Home 2012! E 'inoltre è stato descritto in una pagina aperta a due nella Indy Star! Amerete il mio posto in quanto è un bungalow / casa originale che Broad Ripple è conosciuta per. E 'stato completato prima dell'inizio della seconda guerra mondiale e conserva ancora molte delle sue caratteristiche belle e originali. Quando ci si avvicina a casa mia, si vedrà la casa tesoro in stile cottage racchiuso da un paesaggio maturo e veranda accogliente, circondato da una staccionata bianca.

Quando si entra, sarete accolti dal camino calcare Indiana originale, legni originali, riproposto mobili da cucina originali, dolci sala da pranzo, bagno completo con i suoi pavimenti originali in piastrelle e due camere da letto grandi dimensioni. Ho cercato di mantenere l'integrità della casa originale; solo aggiungendo il mio tocco artistico!

Mi piace chiamare il mio piano di sotto un letto e colazione privata! Questo è un tesoro raro in Broad Ripple! L'ingresso allo spazio è proprio fuori della cucina. Mentre si cammina giù per le scale, sarete consolati con una spaziosa camera familiare con tanto di camino e un bar costruita su misura per il sottoscritto. La grande camera da letto ha nuovo tappeto, una parete di legno fatta a mano e bella TV intelligente. Il mezzo bagno e lavanderia sono collegati per la vostra convenienza. Avrai tutti i comfort necessari da un mini frigo, lavello bar, forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè.

La mia parte preferita della mia casa è quello che io chiamo "Il Santuario". Troverete l'ultima esperienza esterna cortile proprio nel mio cortile privato. Si tratta solo di relax e bellezza, curato con il paesaggio splendido e colorato! Ha una fontana di acqua pacifica artigianale incorporato in una struttura Stonewall, un lussuoso pozzo del fuoco accompagnati da 6 sedie comode. Questo spazio include anche un all'aperto sala da pranzo all'aperto sotto un pergolato complicato-costruito e consapevolmente di candela. Adiacente, quattro appesi altalene cestino sono sospese per la vostra esperienza massimo relax.

La mia casa si trova in uno dei quartieri più alla moda e culturali che accadono di Indianapolis, il Broad Ripple Village. Si tratta di un quartiere eclettico con premiato ristoranti indipendenti, negozi in stile boutique, parchi divertimento per famiglie, la vita notturna ea pochi passi dalla Trail Monon, una pista di 18 miglia popolare per passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta.

La mia casa è meraviglioso per chiunque; famiglie con bambini, viaggiatori d'affari e gruppi!

You will not find a better place to rent than this beautiful home. - Beautiful neighborhood- Great access to dozens of excellent restaurants- Super comfy beds- Delicious tap water - Gorgeous yard and backyard to hang out inBut more than anything you just cannot improve upon this host. The host is communicative, kind, engaged, and helpful. She knows her area well and is invaluable for local info. She also makes a point to get to know her regulars and goes out of her way to take care of people based on their preferences. I rent a lot of places (5 annually) and I have never met her equal.

Carly has created the perfect venue for a get away in Indy. The bungalow has been lovingly restored and decorated with great care. The “sanctuary” is an outside area that is perfect for one, or for a group. Her communications, personal touches responsiveness are second to none! You will LOVE staying here

Beautiful Bungalow

Carly was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and kind. She checked in on us throughout our stay and made sure we felt comfortable. The house was very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms were very comfortable between the bedding and pillows. We loved having the outdoor area to hangout and eat our meals. I would definitely stay here again!

Having used to live in Broad Ripple, staying here felt like coming home. Carly goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The house is comfortable, clean, and has more amenities than you can list. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

This Stay was very comfortable. The home was very clean and tidy. The host was very easy to get a hold of. We had two small children who really enjoyed the outside back yard. The host thought of everything and we had a perfect stay.

Great place for a friend’s getaway!

The property was absolutely perfect! Our host was gracious and thought of everything, even down to the personalized notes around the house to help us get acclimated. Perfect holiday host

From the moment we booked, the host was warm and welcoming! The lovely property felt like home away from home for our family Thanksgiving celebration. The host spoiled us with treats and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay! I would definitely stay here again! Great location-trails nearby and a quaint downtown area! Loved it!!

This house was everything! Location was great, checking process seamless and overall stay was fantastic! Carly has such a lovely home and talk about #backyardgoals! We so enjoyed sitting in the tranquil setting each night after the shows. Will rent again!

Just a great place!

Carlys house is awesome. Great location with just a 15 min walk to downtown Broad Ripple. Beds so comfortable, every dish and utensil you could possibly need. The backyard is a great entertainment oasis. The house decor is filled with charm! We had a great get together with friends. Everyone loved the house!

Race weekend getaway

We couldn't have been happier with Carly and her rental. She was a phenomenal host. Having several vrbo properties myself, my standards are rather high and I can honestly say Carly taught me a thing or two about hosting.

Fabulous time in Broad Ripple!

We had a great time staying at this property! It was a super convenient location for us to get to Butler to see our son and to get to Broad Ripple's fantastic shops and restaurants. Carly's place is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! She was very attentive and available if we needed anything and even left us some AMAZING popcorn and other treats! I would highly recommend staying here! She made it so easy.

Cozy and welcoming

This was our second stay at this lovely home. Carly is so welcoming and easy to communicate with. We all love spending time outdoors in the egg chairs. It is nice to be able to walk down the street to the park playground. The home is clean and comfortable. Our whole family enjoyed our stay.

Cutest Vrbo ever!

We loved our stay at Broad Ripple. My daughter called it the cutest Vrbo ever! Carly was a friendly and helpful host. The front porch and back garden were where we started and ended our days. We took the short walk to Broad Ripple park for the kids to play on the playground. It was a nice park that has some equipment in the shade. We had a great stay.

Super amazing host. She has truly went above and beyond to make you sure you have an awesome experience. Outside is charming wish it was a little warmer to use the back patio. Inside she has put love into decorations. Everything you need is provided. Great location.

Ricky and his family were the perfect guests! His communication was courteous and thoughtful. My home has never been more immaculate! They took care of it like their own. I hope they come and stay again!

We loved it!

The home was very clean and comfortable. We spent so much time looking at the decorations, it’s very nicely decorated but unique. We loved how easy everything was. We used both upstairs and downstairs fireplace the entire weekend but our favorite part was the basement bar. This home has a lot of personality and the owner was responsive, kind and approachable. Overall a great stay!

Fantastic attention to detail

The property was great and Carly's attention to detail was outstanding. There were personalized signs up in the house guiding us through the amenities that were a particularly nice touch. Thank you so much for being a great owner.

Brent was truly the ideal guest! He was a wonderful and thoughtful communicator! When I returned home, it was immaculate!! I would have Brent back anytime!

I am an identical twin sister and live only one street apart from her. We love Broad Ripple. We created a gourmet popcorn company, Just Pop In! in 2003! In 2018, we built a beautiful California modern farmhouse with a wrap around porch and balcony. A gem in Broad Ripple. It hosts our gourmet popcorn company/distribution, beautiful beer, wine and bubble bar, award winning restaurant and gorgeous event space!
I love Indianapolis and am heavily involved with my community!
I love home! I love to nurture my home, but also love to travel! My twin sis and I make an annual trip to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival since 1998. I moved here from Chicago so I have a big place in my heart for the windy city! The furthest I've ever traveled is South Africa!
I am a foodie and love film. My company sponsors film festivals. I am a major music fan spanning from Fleetwood Mac, DePeche Mode, The Grateful Dead to Trombone Shorty, R&B and rap! My favorite artist right now is Ryan Adams! I love going to music festivals as well!
Being a big part of my community, I am knowledgable about what is fun to do in our city!
I can share delicious dining, theaters, music venues, art galleries, museums, trails, sporting events and awesome brewery recommendations and more. I love this town!

My charming home was selected for the 2012 Historic home tour! You’ll love it because it is an original bungalow that Broad Ripple is known for!
It is located in one of the most hip and happening cultural districts of Indianapolis. It is a beautiful neighborhood with award winning independent restaurants, boutique-style shopping, friendly parks, fun nightlife and steps from the Monon Trail. You are only 15 minutes from downtown and the other cool districts in Indy!

My place is an original bungalow/cottage that Broad Ripple is known for. It was completed before the start of World War II and still retains many of its beautiful and original features. When you approach my home, you will see the darling cottage-style home enclosed by mature landscape and cozy front porch surrounded by a white picket fence.

When you enter, you will be greeted by the original Indiana limestone fireplace, original hardwoods, repurposed original kitchen cabinets, sweet dining room, full bathroom with it’s original tile and two great size bedrooms. I have tried to maintain the integrity of the original home; only adding my artistic touch!

I like to call my downstairs a private bed and breakfast! This is a rare treasure in Broad Ripple! The entrance to the space is right off of the kitchen. As you walk down the stairs, you will be comforted with a spacious family room complete with a fireplace and a custom built bar made by yours truly. The large bedroom has brand new carpet, a beautiful hand made wood wall and smart TV. The half bath and laundry room are connected for your convenience. You will have all the amenities you need from a mini refrigerator, bar sink, microwave and coffee maker.

My favorite part of my home is what I call, “The Sanctuary.” You will find the ultimate outdoor courtyard experience right in my private backyard. It is all about relaxation and beauty, groomed with gorgeous and colorful landscape! It has a hand-crafted peaceful water fountain embedded in a stonewall structure, a luxurious fire pit accompanied by 6 comfortable chairs. This space also includes an al fresco outdoor dining space beneath an intricately-built and mindfully-lit pergola. Adjacent, four hanging basket swings are suspended for your ultimate relaxation experience. Its nestled in one of the most charming cultural districts of Indianapolis!
