We had a wonderful stay here! The home is very comfortable and well maintained. The wildife viewing is spectacular all the way from the home to the park. We definitely plan to stay here again!

We had a great time staying here while exploring Yellowstone. The house was very clean and comfortable, in a great location for north entrance to YNP, and we had Elk in our yard multiple days! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We (4 adults) had a wonderful time here. The cabin had everything we needed, along with outstanding mountain and river views and lots of wildlife. This was our second stay in this complex and we'll definitely be back. We had a problem with the digital door locking system which the property manager handled immediately. From that point on all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend the Elk View Cabins.

This property was accurately described and pictured on the VRBO listing. We loved it! I was a little worried we would be too far from Gardiner, but it wasn't. The views from the living room and patio were spectacular, especially when the rain would come through. Highly recommend the place and would stay again.

Beautiful location. The cabin was exactly as listed. Everything needed for cooking meals, watching the elk cross over the highway to a closeby grass pasture and the beds were comfortable.Hope to get to comeback again.

The elk are such a special asset to staying here. While we can't guarantee they will be on property - they usually not very far away!

If you’re looking for a cabin with that cozy feeling like home this is your place. Everything was as described. Very clean,well stocked and the location was great. Saw elk and pronghorn every night. The views of the mountains was spectacular and I drank my coffee every morning on the patio. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The cabin was amazing! The views are spectacular. Plenty of room for 4 people, each with their own bathroom. Needs we're comfortable as well. The decor is very nice, it fits the cabin feel for sure, while maybe a little too many picture in the bathroom . We loved our 10 day stay in Gardiner at the elk view. So happy we found it. The check out instructions are a little confusing with some conflicting information as far as what's okay to leave and what's not, but other than that it's a very easy process.

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding this lodge, the convenient location to Gardiner for small food shopping and eating out, minutes away from the NP North entrance. The property offers comfort, lots of space, everything one may need while in vacation, and an abundance of local art displays throughout to entertain the visitors, making it unique.

Close to Yellowstone National Park. We often saw wildlife on the way to and from the park. Property was clean. Host responded quickly. Would highly recommend!

Location was fabulous. Loved it. Fun decor. Elk every day. Had hays, gloves which was so helpful since it snowed in late June!!!!!!

Cabin was super clean and had a lot of helpful extras that made the experience even better. We were able to play cards while looking at the breathtaking view. It was like we were out of the city but still had the accommodations (like fast WiFi) to make sure we were set up for success in Yellowstone. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

We loved this location in Gardiner… we spent our days at Yellowstone and were entertained by watching all the Elk in the evening! No kidding… we counted approximately 100! They actually stopped traffic while crossing the highway. In addition, we also found ourselves at the Gelato place each night! Soooo good!!!!! We cooked two meals at the cabin and found they thought of everything! Check out was a little confusing but it wouldn’t stop me from booking again! We had a great time!!

Thank you for sharing the photos. Cabin #2 gets a lot of visitors at the door. One time we had grizzly bear scat at the door....literally. This was back in 2011 or 2012 but still exciting. I can't tell you how many times I've taken photos of elk at the door. Love that you had a great time and we'd welcome you back again!

This property was a quiet haven to return to each evening after sightseeing at Yellowstone National Park. The host was helpful and we did not need to contact them with stay concerns. The decor was definitely was over the top western decor. The bathrooms were small and we would suggest different floor/shower mats and curtains.

Beautiful and clean cabin with all the amenities we could need! Unfortunately we didn't see any wildlife in the fields outside our big front windows, but wildlife abounded in the surrounding areas. Luckily we're used to gravel roads, because there's a 4-mile gravel to access the cabin. The only inconvenience was having to drive our trash to a dumpster on our way out of town when the car was all packed up!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We do recommend someone make the trash run the morning of while others are packing up and getting ready if it will be a tight space in the car. Elk are dropping calves now so they may not be in the yard as much for the next several weeks. I'm sorry you missed them but happy you experienced the abundance of wildlife on the gravel road. :)

The place was just so busy with decor and hard to calm down your mind. Was very disappointed when asked to wash dishes, dry and put away and hauling my garbage a few miles down the road. I’ve never have had to do that with any Virgo or AirB&B.

My friend, our cabin is in grizzly bear country and not one residence in the entire county 10 miles south of Livingston has trash service. Everyone must haul their own trash. We prefer it that way to have bears as our neighbors. We also have a dishwasher and most guests start the dishwasher in the morning while they are packing up their things and getting ready to check out. Sorry you were disappointed. Possibly a hotel would be less disappointing for you in the future. The trade-off is the views and experience of enjoying a cabin versus a just a room "in-town". Safe travels in the future.

You walk in this cabin, and it is beautiful. Amazing authenic Montana artwork. Immaculately clean. Very nice comfortable furniture, great electric fireplace, Every room was stocked, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, tissues, hand and dish washing soap. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance or gadget you might need, also had a lot of spices. You only need food. The mountain views all around are spectacular. The large windows bring in the fantastic views. Close to Yellowstone, which we visited everyday. Even elks on the gravel road near cabin. A Yellowstone hot springs pool at the nearby campground was also great, open to public for a small fee. I give this place a 10.
