This place was amazing! The location is perfect! It's at the end of a road. Very private and quiet. The house is very spacious and clean but the real beauty is outside. The view is amazing! This is our second stay and we will definitely be back! The owner is very accommodating as well. Highly recommend this place!

Spence’s place was a great cozy oasis … For me and my family there was nothing more comforting than waking up early, raising the blinds in the living room, breakfast area, and kitchen area, to take in the amazing sunrise with waterfront views… watching the fish jump just outside the driveway (literally) was so peaceful and relaxing.. we will be definitely staying here again!!

The best fishing spot we’ve stayed at! The house definitely has a comfortable home feel. We would have loved to stay longer. If you want to wade the shallows for fishing this is the place! We gigged our first flounder which was a blast and saw a lot of crab, trout and black drums.

Spence is very accommodating. Great place to stay and fish. We never left the house or the pier for three days. Awesome time and good fishing and Spence makes it happen!!!!

Great accommodations, clean and comfortable. Close to water and excellent access. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host was informational and responded quickly to messages. Very easy to want to return for another stay.

Spence was great. If you like to fish, stay here. The private 300’ pier puts you in the same water as the fishing charters. Short trip to the beach on Padre Island.

The house was very comfortable, well stocked, clean and very private. We had a great time there. Spence provided great communication and quickly responded to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this place (and this host) to anyone, and would certainly stay there again if we visit Corpus Christi.

2nd time to stay here. House is comfortable and well supplied. Location is great with water and private pier in front of house and water and small pier to the side of the house. We will definitely book again.

Their is private fishing access right outside the door and very convenient, and the communication from spence was great.
