Lovely historic home. Plenty of space to move around. There were lots of little extras provided like a snack basket, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, games, etc. Highly recommended.

We've visited this home every year for several years, and it always feels welcoming. It's comfortable, well cared for, and has everything a family could need. The location is excellent, great parking, and the owners are on-site to ensure everything goes smoothly. At this point, it feels like our second home.

Great stay

We stayed for the month of July and it was a great place. Very nice old home and well taken care of with very pleasant and thoughtful hosts. Very convenient to Brevard and surrounding areas. My family enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay - highly recommend!

A charming older home with easy access to downtown Brevard and the surrounding area for hiking and biking. We had 8 adults staying here comfortably, and enjoyed the many amenities provided by the host who was responsive and attentive throughout our stay.

Family and I were in town to attend a concert at the Brevard Music Center and to spend the weekend with family who live nearby. The house is a 5-minute drive from BMC. We LOVED this house. The host describes it perfectly in the listing. We were met with a personalized "Welcome Letter" and a snack basket. We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with assorted Keurig cups, sweeteners, and creamer pods (We had brought our own, not knowing). There's also a kitchenette upstairs with a fridge and coffee maker. The bathrooms were stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and air freshener spray. The beds were comfy with good quality pillows and sheets. We loved the charm and character of this older house while enjoying its current-day amenities. Highly recommend and we'll be back!!
