Splendida casa rinnovata seduta su 5 acri isolati nel mezzo della regione vinicola. A pochi minuti dalle spiagge locali, ristoranti e attività! Il lungo e tortuoso vialetto ti porta nel tuo santuario privato. Enorme patio intorno piscina molto privata e amp; vasca idromassaggio con vista sul grande stagno. Bambini e adulti potranno godere dei propri spazi. Questa casa ha tante opzioni indoor come fa all'aperto! Un sacco di spazio per una famiglia per distendersi e divertirsi. Cinque camere da letto e tre bagni soddisferanno facilmente le tue esigenze.

Ubicazione: circa 8 miglia a nord di St. Joseph, Michigan, questa casa è quasi uguale alla distanza di due delle città balneari preferite del sud-ovest del Michigan e meno di 2 ore da Chicago.

Secluded Getaway

A great location that had it all. Plenty of space inside (everything is more spacious than the pictures show), great rooms for gathering, plenty of yard space for activities, the pool was refreshing and clean, the driveway allows for everyone to drive individually if they'd like. Less than 10 minutes to Meijer, 5 minutes to golf, and about 5 minutes to a great downtown area. When you're on the property, it like there's no one else around.

Macfarlane vacation

It was wonderful! We never had to leave all we needed was there. My only concern, my husband has brain cancer, there was alot of trip Hazzards throughout the house. We stayed in the main floor bedroom the threshold sits up from the floor. He tripped twice, l took the hall rug and covered it to help him. Also the side door leading to the pool very dangerous and no railing to help down the steps. Only 1 dish towel and a sponge for dishes? We lost power for 12 hours. Thankfully l brought flashlights. They had 2 lanterns but the batteries were dead and no batteries to replace them. These are little things compared to how wonderful this home is.

Excellent Getaway Spot

From Check-In to Check-Out, this property was exactly what we hoped for. Karen gave us a quick rundown/tour and was on her way (but let us know she would be readily available if needed during the stay). The house is spacious and inviting and allowed us all to have areas to congregate but also spots to get away if we needed a little privacy. The location of the property worked well for us, as there were plenty of wineries and breweries close by (as well as Lake Michigan and some beautiful communities). Should we ever come to this area again, this will be at the top of our wishlist for places to stay.

Unforgettable family vacation ❤we are a family of twelve, 8 adults and 4 grandchildren 2-7

Karen was great to work with from answering all my questions for booking this vacation home, questions while we were staying there, all the way to my panic moment when I was driving home thinking I left behind a cherished posession. The home was more beautiful and larger believe it or not than the photos actually were able to show. All the comforts of home at are fingertips The kids loved running around on the 5 acres of property. Pool water was nicely warmed with the solar cover and there were some floats available for us to use . My husband kept doubting there would be any fish in the pond but they were catching fish in the morning much to the kids delight!v The home is 20 mins from St Joe's Beach and the beach in Stevensville was 6 mins away We had a great time and working on a return visit.

Wonderful Home!

This beautiful & clean home had plenty of room for our family with 8 adults and 4 children. It was close to several towns for eating, groceries and activities. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We loved how the management supplied us with dish soap, dishwasher tablets and washer pods.

Great for large families

We stayed here with our three kids and their families. So nice to have the pool and the “hot pool” (hot tub) that the little ones liked to climb in and out of. House amenities were great. Bathrooms updated and oversized bath towels provided were great. Local folks that help manage the property were very prompt with responses to any questions or concerns. Lots of room for everyone. And close to wineries and marinas for boat rental.

Great family time--house could of been better.

Home was big enough for 11 people to sleep.. To say the house was clean depends what is clean to individuals. Table settings was for 8 only we had 11 found bowls to use Crumbs in drawers. Dust on blinds. Toothpaste in sinks. Refrigerator handle came off. Kitchen Sink was leaking water. Basement was leaking water on last day and we left at 4 pm instead of staying the night Pool was very cloudy our entire stay. Agent was called and she did get things fixed . The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful ,

Great house for big families

Due to covid, we were looking for a place big enough for our 3 adult kids and their families, including 3 grandkids under 4 This was a great place to just hang out and cook/grill , sit in hot tub, play games. The area is very nice too especially for wineries. Would love to come back again when the world opens back up.

Spectacular home

We are a multi-generational family who stayed here for a week in July 2020. Beautifully maintained property and home. The pictures don’t do it justice. We are already booked for next year! Secluded yet very close to all activities. A ton a wineries within a few miles, shopping within 10-15 min and St Joseph is about a 20 min drive.

Impressive size & amenites

This elegant, country home on nearly 10 acres offers so much to vacationers. Wide open spaces, quiet peaceful area tree lined & even a small pond. Bonus, only about 5 minutes into town. This well designed house is beautiful & rooms are spacious. The basement has been converted into an entertaining area. This included a pool table, gaming area, separated bar area & an theatre room! Kitchen is huge & well stocked with high end small & large appliances. Eating areas at peninsula, kitchen or dining room tables, or on the pool patio. Very enjoyable stay.

Rural retreat with excellent amenities

Our family of three rented the Holden Retreat for five days at the end of July. It’s a large house that could easily accommodate 12 guests, but we rented it because of the amenities that allowed for many activities without leaving the property. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day, fires in the fire pit at night and movies in the basement theater room a few evenings. The check-in/out process was made easy with keyless entry. The home and property were clean and well-stocked with everything that we needed.

Beautiful home with lots of land

We had a wonderful time here and couldn’t have asked for any extra amenities. We had an age range from 1-40, and there was something for everyone, and enough space for us all! Fantastic vacation home!

Perfect getaway!

We had a great time at this house! The location was quiet and remote, but still only a 10 min drive to the beach - exactly what we were looking for. We had young kids, teenagers and adults, and the property had something for all of us! The pool was amazing, especially given the high temps of the week. The house was actually much bigger than the pictures suggested, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for most of the week. The grill and smoker were great for us too! We only went out a couple of times (playing it safe during Covid), but when we did, we found plenty of restaurant options nearby. We also hit a few of the local wineries too, which were very close to the house. We will definitely be back!
