Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

Beautiful property with amazing views of the mountains and sea. We really enjoyed using the pool and the cookout area. The property is close to Mondello Beach with lots of great restaurants and ocean access. The owners were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect pool villa getaway for group of friends

We loved our four night stay at Louise’s beautiful house. The pool is huge and well maintained, and the covered outdoor kitchen and bar area are perfect to hangout in during hot afternoons. Easy 20min walk to beach area with plenty of restaurants to pick from. Would highly recommend !

A lack of ongoing maintenance and upkeep prevents a higher score for the property. We had one dinner plate and had to ask for more. We had to go to the pool kitchen to hunt for a corkscrew. The view from the apartment terrace was lovely and the pool very spacious, but there was too much in need of repair.

Fantastic apartment

We were a family of two adults and two teenage boys - age 16 and had a great time at Villa Eloise. The pool and pool house area were particularly fantastic, the views from the villa were fabulous. It is such a quiet and tranquil spot with 360 views across the surrounding hillsides but just a 20 min walk from the hustle and bustle of Mondello beach and all the bars and restaurants. Loved it. We used it as a base to explore lots of the surrounding areas and beaches. Louise (who lives below) and her daughter Ella and son Paulo were great hosts. When we had a minor issue with the bathroom basin not draining properly they fixed it on the same day. Would definitely recommend. Am so glad I chose this option rather than one closer to Mondello beach with no pool especially as we only ended up spending a couple of hours at Mondello beach in total as it was really crowded and there are other nice (and much less crowded) beach options nearby if you have a car.

Der Aufenthalt war bezaubernd. Die Unterkunft hervorragend und der Blick von der Terrasse unglaublich schön. Der Pool ist super und ist Gold wert, wenn man den überfüllten Strand von Mondello meiden möchte.

I absolutely loved my time at the property, it would be impossible to ask for better hosts, Louise & Ella are the most beautiful kind hearted accommodating people, I’ve run into in along while. I truly never wanted to leave here. The home was immaculate, the pool just beautiful. Easy walk to the beach. Where the food was amazing. Grazie, I look forward to coming back to Mondello Beach, and would not think of staying anywhere else.

Une villa avec un énorme potentiel qui semble laisser sans entretien depuis un certain temps. Tout ce qui est mentionné dans l’annonce est présent mais la plus part des choses sont délabrées voir défectueuses. L’appartement n’était pas niquel surtout la cuisine, la climatisation pas fonctionnelle dans la pièce de vie, l’eau tiède et sans pression. La piscine est par contre exceptionnelle, très grande et très agréable.

Appartement dans une grande maison avec une immense piscine. 3 volées d'escaliers pour arriver à l'appartement.On peut se garer dans la propriété, ce qui est très facile.Appartement avec une belle terrasse. L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu sommaire (ustensiles et ingrédients de base). Idéal pour court séjour.

Lovely modern apartment with breathtaking views in a wonderful location

Louise was a warm and welcoming host who gave us useful local advice. The villa is perfectly located to travel and explore the island and walking distance to the beach and an array of restaurants. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the gorgeous salt water pool. Highly recommended!

Amazing Vila with Great view !

Our one week stay in Mondello could not have gone any better. The 2 bedroom flat on top of the villa was the perfect place to stay for a family or a group of friends, both to enjoy the surroundings or to access the north west of Sicily by Car. The fully furnished flat gave us the luxury to worry only about our trip and activities, and whether we would have a drink on the massive private terrace or next to the gigantic 17m pool and the outdoor kitchen. I would gladly recommend this location. ~On top of that,. Louise and her sweet family that own the piece are very nice hosts friendly and do not hesitate if we had a query of anytype (we really appreciated the welcome pack fo pbreakfast as we arrived late the first day! 10/10 !!!

I have adult children in their mid 30’s and survived the experience so, basically, I’m a chilled individual who doesn’t do drama.
My family and I take great pride in our home and are excited to share it with you.
We live on site on the ground floor of the villa and happy to give you insights and recommendations on where to go and what to see.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The apartment is a heavenly oasis for groups of friends or family of all ages.
This modern open-plan loft is placed at the top of a gigantic single-family villa located in a quiet street within the sought after area of Mondello.
The flat’s floor-to-ceiling windows offer glorious panoramic views over Mondello bay, the sacred Montepellegrino and part of the picturesque Palermo cityscape,
as well as the garden and infinity pool.

Something about the flat

- Both bedrooms are all stylishly furnished with king size beds and air-conditioning and a safe for valuable items.

- The open-plan living room is a great spot to unwind looking at the beautiful views, it’s bright and luminous and this makes it a lovely place to work remotely. The wi-fi is strong and there’s many sockets to plug in your pc.

- The flat’s open-plan kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and orange squeezer. Essentials such as salt, pepper, Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil and spices are provided.

- The flat has its own private terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for evening meals or aperitifs.


Something about the Swimming Pool Area…

- The 17 meter infinity pool is the real gem of this property: it’s set in a sunny paved terrace filled with sun chairs and sun beds and it’s surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers and a has a fantastic view of Capo Gallo nature reserve.

A great place to sit back and relax while catching some hot Sicilian sunshine.

Unlike any other ordinary swimming pool in the neighbourhood, our pool has been built with the highest technology. It uses an innovative system which allows to enjoy swimming without the worries of high levels of toxins such as chlorine so it really has nothing standard about it!
The pool is serviced every 3 days by a pool service company and the chlorine they use is minimum .
