Great location and view!

The condo was comfortable and beautiful. Easy walk to BC restaurants and bars, and just a 15 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would happily stay again in the future!

Beautiful location

Lovely condo with stunning views of Lake Charlevoix. Comfortable and cozy unit located in the heart of Boyne City. Would rent again.

We love Water Street Inn. Always 5☆ and always east booking, check-in and check-out. Never a unit we have not loved!

Great stay for our ski weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled to find this condo for our ski weekend at Boyne. Very nice, comfortable place to relax and get a good nights sleep. Price was good and a short drive to Boyne Mountain. Great location for restaurants and stores. Amazing view of the lake - even saw a bald eagle Sunday morning sitting on a piece of ice. We will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to the area and have already recommended to friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our family pre-Christmas party in Boyne City and chose an end unit condo in the Water Street Inn. Great spot! I'm ready to come back already. Apart from the bedroom TV being too big, I can't think of any complaint! Great location, super clean, great views, and super polite staff. It snowed the day we arrived, but the property management did a great job of clearing snow and the heat and fireplace were great.

Beautiful and Clean

We loved our stay at the Water Street Inn. Clean, quiet, and cool after coming in from a hot day on the private beach. Had a gorgeous view of Lake Charlevoix, a perfect opportunity for incredible sunsets. Minutes walk from cafes, shops, and restaurants. First time in Boyne and we will definitely be back! Thank you

Great Location

Property management, and the location are the best aspects of this property. Unit #215 is worn out and in average condition at best. I would recommend the property, but look for a different unit with renovated kitchen/bathroom.
