Black Bear Cabin è una cabina tradizionale situata in un tranquillo quartiere di Homewood per famiglie, a soli cinque miglia da Tahoe City. �� a pochi passi dalla spiaggia sabbiosa del Tahoe Pine e dal molo privato. Non è necessario lasciare il quartiere per godersi la vostra vacanza, fare una passeggiata nel Blackwood Canyon o fare un'escursione fino alla cima di Eagle Rock per una vista panoramica sul Lago Tahoe. Entrambi i sentieri iniziano nel quartiere di Tahoe Pines.

Se stai portando una barca, c'è spazio sufficiente per il tuo rimorchio barca proprio sulla proprietà e Obexers lancio barca e stazione di benzina sono solo circa un miglio di distanza. Potrete quindi allontanarvi fino al molo privato di Tahoe Pines per il ritiro e il ritiro dei gruppi.

La cabina dispone di un bellissimo interno in pino e offre un piano aperto. Le aree pranzo e cucina aprono il salotto che presenta un camino in pietra e doppie porte in vetro che si aprono al grande ponte esposto a sud. Il ponte sovradimensionato è un luogo ideale per grigliare, pranzare all'aperto o rilassarsi sotto i pini.

La casa si trova di ritorno dalla strada e ha un grande cortile anteriore e posteriore, dando molta spazio per i piccoli a correre in giro.

Al piano terra troverete una cucina completa con tutti i comfort, sala da pranzo, soggiorno, bagno di corridoio, lavanderia e una camera con due letti singoli. La comoda porta sul retro della sala da pranzo è un altro accesso al grande cortile boschivo.

Al piano superiore troverete una grande camera da letto soppalcata con un letto queen size e un grande armadio, un secondo bagno e un'altra camera da letto con due letti singoli a castello.

La casa è dotata di internet wireless ad alta velocit������ e linea di terra gratuita a lunga distanza.

Il tuo cane ben addestrato e ben educato è benvenuto in questa casa.

Black Bear Cabin è un ottimo modo per godersi l'aria fresca del Tahoe Mountain e le belle notti stellate.

Woderful, cozy cabin steps from Lake Tahoe. Beautifful area - the cabin is just as described. Very comfortable and easy to get to. Close to many amenities. Definitely will return in the future.

Small Cozy Cabin perfect for quick and easy trips

Went up to ski and had a blast. The location was perfect for travel around Tahoe and House was very cost and perfectly suited to our needs.

Easy process and hospitable hosts

Checking in and out was really easy with clear instructions on how to get in. Hosts also provided a small welcome gift which was very nice and thoughtful.

Great cabin for a quick two-nighter

Easy check-in. All amenities were as advertised. Lucked out with a foot of snow during our stay. Beautiful watching the storm out our windows.

Great location for Homewood skiing. Cozy little cabin. A bit worn in the kitchen, but all things work. Love the fireplace.

Great Cabin!

This is a cozy cabin with everything you need. The beds were about average, but I would say it has all the basics and is a good value for what you get. The kitchen in easy to cook in, the table and orientation is great for family dining. The configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms is great and there is ample laundry and mud room. We would definitely stay there again!

VERY NICE PROPERTY

We had a great time. Property is well furnished and stocked. Lots of towels, sheets and pillows. Excellent TV's and wonderful WiFi. Tahoe Pines neighborhood is the most pleasant place we have stayed at Lake Tahoe. Quiet, friendly and close to shopping and restaurants.

Cozy cabin in a fabulous neighborhood

We really enjoyed staying in this idyllic community near the lake. The cabin was cozy and perfect for our family of four. It was also amazing to be able to walk to the private pier every day. But the best thing was the wonderful neighbors across the street. They were so sweet and friendly - it was sad to leave! Will definitely look to stay at this cabin again.

Perfect Cabin on the West Shore!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the location of the cabin. The cabin is charming with some original features. It’s well equipped and suited our needs. We could walk across the road to a small beach and had an access key to the jetty. We met the person who built the cabin by chance during a late afternoon walk :) Tahoe rentals were extremely helpful and professional whenever we needed help with anything. Thank you!

Pleasant house in a wonderful location

We stayed here for a five day ski trip. Tahoe Pines is our favorite neighborhood to stay and we enjoyed this cabin very much. We walked to the lake several times and loved walking around the neighborhood in the falling snow. The kitchen is well equipped. The wifi was excellent. Not a lot of channels available on the tv but the wifi was good enough that we were able to use the HDMI cable on the tv to access our streaming channels on our laptops to have family movie nights. As the listing notes, the queen sized bed is in a loft area so it is a bit noisier than the bunk room and the downstairs bedroom with twin beds. We didn't need to contact the property manager for anything because the directions and check in process were very clear and easy and the information in the house binder was complete. The only thing that could have been more clear in the listing was the fact that there would be no wood for the fireplace. If we had known ahead of time we would have brought some instead of having to double back to the store to buy it. But other than that it was a lovely stay and we would be happy to come back in the future.

White Christmas

Cozy cabin in wooded location with great flow. A little dated but that added to the quaintness. The mud room with washer and dryer was a great to have a place to keep skis, boots and jackets out of the way Kitchen is small and simple but has all the basics …. except for sharp knives, they could really use some new knives. About 20 /30 minutes to ski resorts. We really enjoyed ourselves especially since our fur baby was able to be with us. Would stay there again any season as it’s close to resorts, lake and hiking.

Great stay!

This property is well located and comfy! It's a five minute walk to the beach and we loved the location. The trees surrounding the property are beautiful! The main bed is open to the rest of the house (almost like a big loft area). The carpet is a bit old but other than that, it's great!
