The location of this property was amazing. We walked to our boat cruise, pontoon rental, 4 dining experiences abd a concert in the park.

The property was perfect for our group of ten women. Close to downtown and the lake with easy walking. Three bathrooms, and very clean. Big table, big kitchen, comfortable living room, comfy beds. Great communication with the property owner. We loved it here!

Ladies Trip

We booked the house for a ladies trip in February. Proximity/walkability was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants, the Lake! The house was big enough that we could all fit without it feeling cramped.

Wonderful time!

We had and incredible time and loved the house. Could not have been more perfect for our holiday weekend with friends. The kids loved it. Close to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend!

Rachel! So glad you and the family had a nice time. You stayed at the largest Vacation Rental in downtown Lake Geneva. 12 bedrooms, sleeps 30 plus…. this is the best place for large families, bachelor & bachelorette parties. Large Groups welcome… no problems with city ordinance or the police …. We are allowed to rent for just a weekend but residential homes in family neighborhoods are not allowed do to this. Anyone renting should call the Village of Lake Geneva, give the address and find out if the law will be broken by only renting a weekend. That will NEVER be a problem when you rent here and no issues with neighbors…. we are Commercial! Thanks and enjoy! The Nautical Inn of Lake Geneva (2 houses on same property, 12 bedrooms)

Comfortable space for dining and group gathering. Kitchen accommodates several people working together. Very thorough information about our stay beforehand. Thanks Tony and Samantha!

Great Location, Great House!!

The house is just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the beach makes it a great location for any size party. Tony was great in being available for questions and help when we needed it. The house was clean and well kept. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in. We will definitely be back!! Awesome location and house!!

Sisters/nieces weekend

Place was perfect for our group of 8 (originally planned for 11). We all fit around the large kitchen table or on large sectional. Everything was clean and as we had hoped. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Samantha was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

Perfect for large parties

We came to Lake Geneva for my sister’s bachelorette party with 8 girls and had so much space! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, and it was such a cute home. There was even a second apartment that we didn’t use, but could be perfect if someone needs a little more personal space! Thank you so much!

Gnarly Nautical Lake Geneva Experience

This property is awesome and worked incredibly well for a couple of families with age ranges from 4 to 21. The apartment worked very well for the older boys to stay in and be isolated when they wanted to go. Tony was an incredible and accommodating host, very communicative and easy to work with. The yellow house with the shade in the afternoon on the patio setting was nice. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks Tony!

Girls Weekend!

We chose this house in Lake Geneva for our annual girls weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house was very clean and had plenty of space. The decor was awesome! It was perfect for hanging out and walking distance to downtown. Our host Tony was great! He responded to any questions promptly. He let us check in earlier to get our weekend started and let us check out later to enjoy a lazy last morning. We would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Mold

The showers were disgusting. Mold all over. Floor was uneven in the house. Lots of couch and table space for big groups. But showers made us not even want to shower.

You are absolutely correct. 2 shower curtains were terrible and have been replaced. Cleaning crew was reprimanded. I’m so sorry. Usually get great reviews. Also, the bathtub has been fixed and resprayed, looks new again. If you would have called, my caretaker would of went immediately. I value all guest reviews, you have made the house better, it’s all been corrected. Tony

House was clean. Good location. We were all guys so certain things we may overlook 1st floor bathroom has a gap in door. 2nd floor bathroom needs the shower rod replaces as its all rusty. Place had enough dishes and utensils. No dishwasher. Would be convenient if there were soaps in the wash basins and showers. Overall , Comfortable place , good location. We had a good time.

Birthday trip

My family and I (9 total and over 65 yrs) were celebrating a big birthday and decided to rent this home, in Lake Geneva. This is an older home located easily within walking distance of downtown Lake Geneva. (Quick suggestion: If you're able to walk keep you vehicle parked at the house, since you have to pay to park in the entire downtown area.) So the home was very clean with plenty of room for big families. If you have mobility issues, please be aware there are 4 upstairs bedrooms and the stairs are very steep and narrow. Also, the upstairs shower is in a tub and can be slippery. Despite having grab bars. We did have a couple of small issues which Sam took care of quickly and were remedied to our satisfaction. Thanks for being such gracious hosts!!

Moms Getaway

Group of 10 busy moms’ getaway. Enjoyed the shared spaces. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and lake. Loved this location. Was perfect for our group for late night talks and morning coffee. One suggestion - room darkening shades? The bright lights of the bank next door and other street lights definitely disturbed the resting time for a bunch of us sleep-deprived women. Other than that, an overall lovely place, great communication and the space fulfilled all our needs!

Needed for overflow

We needed room for our family to stay because we had a funeral for my husband. They were great helping us get in early and leave a little later. Would recommend this house. It was just what we needed.

Lake Geneva Home Rental

The house was great for my family consisting of myself three daughters, their spouses and five grandkids. Their were a couple of minor but I contacted the owner and he resolved very quickly. I highly recommend this house for families.

Perfect Girls Weekend

My friends and I stayed at this for a bachelorette party weekend. There were 8 of us and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Samantha was so wonderful to work with. She texted and emailed me prior of the trip with all of the information. She was also so quick to respond when I texted her while we were staying there. The house was perfectly clean and organized, and contained all of the amenities listed. Check- in and check-out was very easy because the owners left a detailed checklist and directions for use. The location of this house is just a few minute walk into downtown, you can literally walk everywhere! This house would be our first choice when we return to Lake Geneva!
