La posizione è a 5 minuti dal campus universitario, dall'ospedale universitario e dal Huntsman Cancer Center. 10 minuti dal centro di Salt Lake City e solo 30 minuti per 6 diverse stazioni sciistiche, a 20 minuti dall'aeroporto. C'è un grande parco dall'altra parte della strada e il mercato di quartiere e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. La casa comprende due camere familiari, una cucina straordinaria e un ampio patio coperto con grill a gas.

We loved the quiet very upscale area with a short walk to shopping and cafes. The outdoor dog friendly area was great and there is a small park at the end of the road where we threw the frisbee.

Stephanie’s house in Salt Lake City was perfect for our one-week stay. The location was great, and Stephanie was very responsive and answered all of my questions to make sure the rental met our needs. The home was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen worked perfectly for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable Family House in Quiet Neighborhood

We had a wonderful family reunion in SLC, with several of us staying at the property. Very comfortable for us and in a nice, quiet neighborhood (with excellent coffee shop 5 min walk away).

The kitchen was well stocked. While we did not actually cook much, we brought in food and gathered on the patio for meals. The spaces are large and our adult group was able to sleep well, take showers, spread out and regroup after meetings. The neighborhood is quiet and the grocery nearby is handy. Great stay!

The perfect place to stay

Well equipped home with lots of space, complete kitchen, functional TV’s, comfortable beds, good sheets and towels and a caring host. The location was great and the backyard was inviting and comfortable. Will definitely be a repeat.

Graduation stay

Wonderful location and wonderful space. The outdoor patio was fantastic. Also the theater room was a huge bonus. Plenty of room for our large group. Everybody was extremely comfortable and the unit was very homey. Will definitely stay again.

This was great home to stay in. We were there for 10 days. Stephanie was very accommodating and helpful. The house was extremely clean and appropriately stocked. It’s is very close to the University and downtown. I would stay here again! Thank you.

Wonderful home, Great stay!

The home accommodated our family of 8 needs during the stay, very comfortable! Upstairs area was beautiful. Great outdoor living space, amazing location and a very responsive host! We would definitely stay again if returning to the SLC area!

Great Home Base for Son's Wedding

The home and location were perfect for our son's wedding at Louland Falls. The layout of the home worked really well for us & we especially liked the media room downstairs. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We.would definitely stay here again!

The location is hard to beat—just minutes from the ski slopes, which made getting on and off the mountain quick and easy each day.The host was fantastic to work with: very responsive, clear, and helpful from booking through checkout. Communication was seamless and made the whole experience stress-free.The home itself was wonderful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up with great amenities. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Everything we needed was provided, and then some.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay near the slopes.

My husband and I, along with our three boys have loved living at this home in Salt Lake City, there is always something to do. You can definitely enjoy the 4 seasons here. Ski in the winter, mountain bike and hike in the summer, take in festivals, museums and shopping all year long. One thing that we especially have loved about this historic neighborhood is the mature tree lined streets, the nearby park, ability to walk to the grocery store and restaurants and just being able to enjoy the outdoors all year long. The kitchen has been recently renovated and we love entertaining in it. The patio has a propane firepit and outdoor seating as well as a gas grill. The master bathroom has a steam shower, large soaking tub and heated floors. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood--no parties or loud music please.

Tree lined streets, quiet neighborhood, can walk to the coffee shop, restaurants, grocery store, par. Minutes from hiking and biking trails. Short drive to the University of Utah, hospital and downtown.
