Questo monolocale di 553 piedi quadrati può ospitare quattro persone e presenta ripiani in granito in cucina e bagno. È possibile disegnare un divisorio per separare la zona giorno dalla zona notte. Il ponte privato si affaccia sul cortile con vista sulle montagne in lontananza.

La zona giorno dispone di una TV a schermo piatto montata sopra un bellissimo camino a gas. Durante l'estate del 2018 il proprietario della casa ha aggiunto nuovi mobili per il soggiorno, tra cui un nuovo divano letto queen-size. Ulteriori fogli e coperte sono in un armadio. Appena fuori dalla zona giorno è possibile uscire sul ponte privato. Si affaccia sul cortile, così potrete godervi una tazza di caffè mattutina mentre ammirate l'aria fresca e le viste sulle montagne in lontananza. C'è anche una griglia privata per ulteriori opzioni di cottura.

La cucina è fornita di tutte le pentole e stoviglie essenziali per preparare un pasto lontano da casa e presenta ripiani in granito piastrellato. Nell'agosto 2018 è stato installato un nuovo frigorifero compatto. La sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente quattro persone. Il bagno completo è oltre l'angolo cottura ed è fornito di asciugamani e una fornitura iniziale di articoli da toeletta. Una porta separa la vanità dalla combinazione doccia / vasca e dall'area toilette per una maggiore privacy.

L'area della camera da letto può essere separata dal resto dello spazio abitativo disegnando il divisorio. Presenta un letto queen-size e due tavolini.

Worked perfect for us

My family of 4 found it to be the perfect fit. All amenities we needed and then some. Only wish the the hot tub was hotter, but that was ok with the sauna. Great place for our 3 day ski trip.

Nice condo on the bus route

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo is aging but very well maintained. Instructions for check-in and out were very helpful. We enjoyed use of the hot tub after skiing and loved that we could take the free bus to and from Keystone resort.

Nice studio

This be is an older condo but the fireplace is warm and cozy. The location is about a mile and a half to Keystone which worked great for us. Most of the time it was very quiet, a little noisier on the weekends. We enjoyed out stay and would stay there again.
