Perfect and charming apartment!

Besides the stellar view of the Eiffel Tower, the location was just perfect. The neighborhood was charming and had great restaurants and plenty of market shopping. Using their recommended taxi service made arriving and departing a breeze. We had such a lovely time!

Words will never be able to do this place justice!

We had such a lovely time. The view is really only something that can be experienced. The biggest issue is just that we now have to stay here every time we visit! Paris perfect was super helpful the entire time. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Beautiful Apartment with a Priceless View

Stayed here with my family of 5. This apartment is wonderfully appointed, located in a great neighborhood and a perfect base for exploring Paris. But its view of the Eiffel Tower is what really puts it in a class by itself. To see the tower at various points during the day in different lights (sunrise, midday and sunset) and then illuminated at night made for a special, once-in-a-lifetime experience. I highly recommend.

Chateau Latour Paris Apt.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Latour apartment. It was beautiful inside and out. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing both during the day and night (even with the foggy winter weather at times)! The apartment was spacious, clean, and super cozy. It was very close to everything - we could walk to convenience stores, shops, and restaurants very easily. I would highly recommend this apt for people looking to stay in paris during anytime of the year. I would definitely book with Paris Perfect again.

Just Wonderful...

This location, the apartment, the rooms, everything was just perfect. It was situated in an area that was safe, clean and just offered the most breathtaking views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. I brought my 8 & 10 year olds to see Aris and my family and they both loved their room and the view of the Eiffel towel from their beds! It was a very special place to stay and I was so thankful for all the amenities they offered here. Absolutely recommend it and I'm severely particular!

My 65th birthday, delayed.

I was supposed to visit Paris in 2020. Oh, well, we made it in 2024. Perfect place in a perfect neighborhood. Enough idiosyncrasies to keep it entertaining. Great view of the Eifel Tower. Champagne chilled less than a block away, in fact pretty much anything you have to have within a block or two. We did almost 20,000 steps one day, but that got us from our apartment to Notre Dam and back, plus some more.

Best location

This place was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. I was traveling with Mom and my 10 year old, it was a perfect place for them to come home early and still feel on vacation, while my husband and I stayed out. Morning Coffee and croissants in the terrace in was a dream. Surrounded by great boulangeries and cafes. We had an early arrival and had to leave the bags in storage at the office and return for check-in, I was nervous about this, but it worked wonderful and the office is just steps away from the apartment… the whole process was seamless and wonderful. The building had an issue with the pipes and the staff was very attentive and nice about my concern… the issue was fixed within a day! Paris was in protests because of the reform, and some areas had garbage and road closures. But this are was absolutely clean and peaceful. Perfect vacation for all of us! The stay was worth every penny.

Phantastisch

Dieses Appartement mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm ist ein Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Alles passt, es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastic apartment!

Very clean and modern. Well equipped kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds. Everything you could need (Metro station included) is within a 1-2 block walk. Neighborhood is quiet at night. Paris Perfect does an excellent job! We will be renting this apartment again when we return.

Best of everything!

This was our second time staying at the beautiful Chateau Latour apartment. A wonderful time watching the fireworks from the balcony on New Year's Eve! We will never stay in a hotel again when visiting Paris. Thank you everyone from Paris Perfect for a great holiday

The Chateau Latour is perfect!

“This was our second stay at the Chateau Latour, and both times, we could not have asked for a better experience. Our friends staying with us loved it, too! The staff at Paris Perfect is great, including our greeter, who met us at the apartment when we arrived. Before we started booking through Paris Perfect, we had tried a couple of other apartments in Paris, but they did not compare with the Latour. We will stay with Paris Perfect again!!”

“We adored the apartment and of course the lovely view. Charmingly furnished, stocked with absolutely everything we needed to live Parisin style! The neighborhood with lovely cafes and legendary market street were delightful and provided all of the food and wine we needed for our stay. The view was stupendous, especially at night and we cannot wait to return next year. ”

Perfect Location!

First of all, thank you for another Paris "Perfect" vacation. As always, the treatment was exemplary, from booking to greeting to servicing of needs while in the apartment. As an added bonus, the apartment was ready for us early, so we had no waiting time between flight arrival and settling in. This was our fourth stay with Paris Perfect, and must say that while the previous three apartments were also in prime locations in the 7th Arrondissement, from this aspect the ChÃ¢teau Latour was without a doubt the best so far, being right in the midst of everything one needs for daily apartment living. Bread, cheese, wine, general groceries and transportation, were all incredibly easy to access. As to the apartment itself, the 7th floor location and large balcony made it exceptional for sitting outside (did we mention bread, cheese and wine!), with a close view of the Eiffel Tower on one side and Sacré-Coeur in the distance on the other . We did find the décor a little Spartan, but that's just a matter of personal taste. The only downsides we noted were the lack of an en suite toilet (basin and bathtub/shower only) and a rather small kitchen, but these are minor inconveniences considered against the many positives inherent in this lovely apartment. We'll no doubt be back in due course for visit number five!

The decision to choose this apartment was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find – combining a lively village-like atmosphere with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops and walking distance to classic Parisian sights including the Eiffel Tower. We also wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmarks, museum and fabulous open-air markets and specialty food stores. The 7th offered it all!

We loved the fact that the 7th has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know our favorite cheese and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find – an authentic and intimate Parisian neighborhood. .

We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower and even the Arc de Triomphe. We can walk to discount stores in the quartier next door, enjoy morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, take a sunset walk along the Seine to Place de la Concorde and home along the riverbank.
