L'EDIFICIO
Loupiac è uno dei bellissimi appartamenti nel nostro edificio esclusivo nell'incantevole piazza Place Dauphine. Proprio nel cuore della città, sull'Ile de la Cité, Place Dauphine è un luogo storico, costruito nel 1610 su richiesta del gentile Enrico IV. Sarai circondato dalla storia mentre ti godi ogni comodità moderna. Abbiamo ristrutturato l'intero edificio, aggiungendo di tutto, da un moderno ascensore e aria condizionata alle serrature digitali di massima sicurezza.

L'APPARTAMENTO
Situato al quarto piano, il Loupiac con una camera da letto vanta un comodo letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato, una stanza in polvere e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Goditi una cena romantica a casa tua lontano da casa o coccola con un po 'di vino francese e ammira le scene parigine appena fuori dalla finestra.

L'AREA
Appena fuori dalla porta si trova uno dei luoghi segreti più ambiti di Parigi, la bellissima Place Dauphine. La piazza è fiancheggiata da edifici storici dei primi del 1600 ed è piena di alberi e alcune panchine perfettamente posizionate per sedersi e godersi l'atmosfera. È anche un luogo popolare per i locali per giocare a bocce, che puoi goderti guardando in piazza o semplicemente ascoltare il tintinnio delle sfere d'acciaio utilizzate nel tradizionale gioco francese dalla tua finestra. La zona è anche popolare tra gli avvocati che lavorano nelle vicinanze del Palais de Justice, quindi ci sono ottimi caffè e ristoranti da gustare!

Soggiornare nell'Ile de la Cité ti porta proprio nel centro di Parigi; si chiama persino "Chilometro Zero"! Sei a pochi passi da tutte le migliori attrazioni, musei, negozi e i migliori quartieri da esplorare. Sempre sull'Ile de la Cité si trovano la splendida Cattedrale di Notre Dame e le incredibili vetrate di Saint Chapelle. Dall'altra parte del fiume sulla riva destra si trovano il Louvre e gli splendidi giardini delle Tuileries. Lungo la Senna sulla riva sinistra si trova il Musée d'Orsay e un po 'più a sud si trova l'elegante zona di Saint Germain e le strade acciottolate del Quartiere Latino. Perfect Place

We stayed two weeks here on Place Dauphine. We knew this location from prior Paris visits. Quiet, peaceful, yet vibrant with tourists and bocce ball games. Great restaurants on both sides. The apartment is compact. You need to keep it tidy like a boat. Well appointed, modern, and they deliver baguettes every morning...how great is that! We loved it, and will rent again.

Beautiful, Charming. Authentic Parisian Experience.

Apartment was cute - every extra that was listed worked and was helpful (washer/dryer, blow dryer, dishwasher). They also had toiletries like paper towel and toilet paper -- we had bought some extra to replace what we used as well. There were fresh baguettes downstairs in lobby each morning which was a charming plus. Extra towels and blankets would have been helpful. Apartment only had sheet provided on bed with one comforter. No extra pillows anywhere either - 2 on bed. That said, if you have anyone sleep on the sleeper in main living area, you would need to get extra blankets locally. Place was clean. Would come back again for sure.

Most beautiful non-touristy place in Paris

Our second stay at this gorgeous apartment on the equally dreamy place Dauphine. Simple check in, easy access to the entire city at your front door.

Fabulous stay

Everything about this apartment was wonderful. From the condition/quality of the furnishings, appliances, and shower to the elegant and soothing decor. Virgil was awesome, greeting us and getting us settled in. Check in was seamless and check out equally simple. The location could not have been better. So much to see and do within walking distance, super convenient to the metro but hidden away on a quintessential Parisian square. We have rented from other vendors over the years, but this truly was perfect and has ruined us for renting anywhere else.

Fabulous in Every Way

The Loupiac Apartment, 25 Place Dauphine It was all fabulous, beginning with the greeter, Virgilie, perhaps the most charming man in Paris. The apartment was thoughtfully designed and furnished. It is spacious and the views are marvelous. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. The sofa bed is as comfortable as the regular bed, the sheets were sublime. By the second day we felt like we lived there. The kitchen is very well equipped. The baguette in the lobby each morning was delightful. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Paris.

Excellent! I've rented many apartments in Paris and this was by far the most nicely appointed. The renovations were obviously new and are very well done. The apartment, fixtures and appointments were all beautiful as well as high quality. I loved having a working elevator after long days running around the city. The location is my favorite in Paris as it really puts you at the most central point for navigating the entire city. A wonderful and easy experience all around. I'll be back!

Loupiac

Loupiac is a charming apartment conveniently located near the Notre Dame Cathedral. The apartment was of generous size (for Paris) and had all the conveniences of apartment living. I especially appreciated the electronic locks - it saved from having to worry about losing keys or locking oneself out. The location provides ease of access to the metro and RER+ (airport) and you can easily walk to many of the major attractions. The apartment does not disappoint and I would most definitely stay here again. An all around winner!

Loupiac

We absolutely loved staying at the apartment. The elevator was large, the space was brand new, and the floor plan was open. Being located on Place Dauphine was a dream - the views from the apartment were fabulous and we were only a short walk from virtually anywhere we wanted to go. Although we never cooked the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would've needed to cook. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment - it's location and newness set it apart.
