We had an amazing stay! This was the most hospitable host we have ever had! The beds were comfortable, the shower and tub were great and the animal sighting was unbelievable!

We had everything that we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location, close to downtown yet on the river. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Wonderful house in Estes! Clean, spacious, and included all necessary amenities. Peaceful location surrounded by tall pines, flowers, hummingbirds near the river.

Great location! Very clean and had everything we needed. We came at a warmer time and was missing a/c, but the host had fans and we opened the windows in the evening which helped a lot! Did not get a chance to visit the spa located downstairs (maybe next time). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay and relax! Will be back!

Overall a great place. Very clean, beds were comfortable and all was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay with two children ages 10 and 12. We did not take advantage of the spa but as advertised, you would not have even known it was there as it does not interfere in any way with your stay. The road is a little noisy during busy times but the river view makes up for it and the outdoor hammock and chairs are very nice. The location being close to downtown and other shops is great and quick access to the RMNP entrance.

We were very happy with this location. The house was immaculate and very comfortable for our family of four. It was close proximity to everything we wanted to accomplish on this trip to RMNP. We really enjoyed the deck in the evenings. Thanks for having us!

Great location! Perfect spot for our crew with a bunch of older kids to access the river to fish. At night we loved sitting on the deck listening to the water.

Rarely do the pictures on the posting fully represent the accommodations , however this house was better than advertised! Very comfortable, very well appointed and nicely decorated. It exceeded our expectations

RMNP Getaway

We enjoyed our stay for our vacation in Estes Park and visiting RMNP. Great access to RMNP and located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice and clean house that is very well stocked with everything that we needed.

Cozy and comfortable

Our family enjoyed our stay here while visiting RMNP. Great location to the park and town of Estes Park. Lovely spot on the river and owners provided lots of extras to make for a great stay!
