The condo was clean and well appointed. Right on the beach, it was easy to head out and catch some waves. We especially loved the balcony that faced the ocean and a small park. We had a great stay!

Good views, nice furnishings, clean; overall a great value. The check in process was a little concerning with our very late arrival, 2am, because we needed to be let into the building. However, the property management group was very understanding and accommodated us with no problem.

The condo was exactly as described. We were very happy with the accommodations, particularly that it was so well furnished. It was clean, spacious and had great beach vibes. The kitchen was well stocked with every kind of appliance you could want, even a cabinet full of spices. However, the building and its residents gave off the vibe that we were intruding. I have never seen a 6 page list of rules before. I wouldn't bring a family of kids and teens to this condo. But as Gen Xers, we did enjoy the quiet. A great "adults only" property.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo, especially the furnishings, spaciousness, and beachy atmosphere. It’s great to know the well-stocked kitchen and extra touches like the spice cabinet helped make your stay more comfortable. We also appreciate your feedback about the building atmosphere. There are quite a few owners that reside int he building, but we have had many families that enjoy there time there as well! They have let us know that they end up appreciating the quiet and relaxing environment. We’re very happy you had a pleasant stay and hope to host you again for another relaxing beach getaway in the future! "Beach Wishes" - Your Florida Vacay Team
