Questa casa è nuova di zecca e progettata per offrire a sciatori e snowboarder la massima vacanza sportiva invernale. La casa è di 5800 piedi quadrati e comprende 6 camere da letto e 6 bagni. Il garage riscaldato è abbastanza grande da contenere 4 piccoli veicoli e ha spazio per riporre sci e snowboard. Il mudroom / foyer ha molti ganci appendiabiti e cubbies per organizzare la tua attrezzatura da sci, insieme a panche per indossare gli scarponi. Il piano interrato comprende anche una sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo e TV 4K da 75 pollici, insieme a un sistema di gioco per Playstation 4. Nella sala ricreativa si trovano anche posti a sedere nel teatro e un wet bar. Questo livello include un ampio castello che può ospitare 6 persone.

Al livello principale c'è un'enorme sala grande con soffitti di 25 piedi che include un enorme divano, una TV OLED 4K LG, un bellissimo camino, un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 10 e un'isola cucina che può ospitare 7. La cucina gourmet ha elettrodomestici Bosch, Jenaire e Sub Zero. Ci sono due camere da letto al piano principale, ognuna con il proprio bagno e molto spazio nell'armadio. Una di queste camere ha un letto king size e un camino, l'altra ha due letti singoli. Questo livello ha anche una terrazza esterna riscaldata con vasca idromassaggio per il relax degli apres-ski.

Il terzo livello ha due enormi master suite con letti king size, incredibili bagni spaziosi e cabine armadio. Le TV LG OLED 4K sono appese alle pareti in queste camere da letto e una ha un camino personalizzato. Una vasca da bagno in rame autoportante è una vera delizia. C'è anche una piccola camera da letto / ufficio a questo livello con un letto matrimoniale.

La casa dormirà 16 persone senza dover ricorrere a dormire su un divano o futon. Ha calore radiante e finiture di fascia alta in tutto. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata nel rendere questa casa la vacanza perfetta per lo sciatore. Al mattino è una camminata di 100 piedi per la pista di Trygve e da lì un breve sci fino alla base del Peak 8. Alla fine della giornata puoi sciare direttamente a casa tua, o se il tempo fa una brutta svolta puoi tornare a scaldarti davanti al caminetto nella grande sala. Anche se vieni a Breck per la neve, scoprirai che questa casa renderà il tuo tempo libero sulle piste piacevole come il divertimento all'aria aperta.

Host was amazing and answered all of our questions promptly. The house is wonderful - PERFECT location - can see ski school from the entrance/exit of ski-in-ski-out route. Fantastic for a multiple family trip. Better than advertised and hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful Breck Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Comfortable and well appointed. Convenient ski-in and ski-out and after a day on the slopes, the hot tub was fantastic and we had great spaces for gathering. Kitchen was very well equipped for making and enjoying meals.

Great spot for family summer vacation

The house is exactly as pictured and completely equipped and furnished for our family vacation. Peak 8 is just a short walk away. Hiking, horseback riding, golf, rafting and mountain biking were available nearby. Weather and views were outstanding

A Week in Breck to Celebrate Mom's 70th Birthday

This home was fantastic, it had plenty of space with amazing views. We loved the location and that we could walk over to the mountains and hop on the gondola into town. Thanks for everything!

Amazing house in fantastic location !

The house was absolutely incredible, if anything the photos don't do it justice! Beautifully appointed throughout and loads of space. Location is fantastic - super easy to ski in and ski out, literally 100 yards off the main pistes. And communication with the owner was great, super quick helpful responses and detailed house information. Would highly recommend anyone considering booking this house to do it immediately - you won't regret it!

4 O’Clock Run House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had great access to the base and gondola to go down to town. Every day we had wildlife come around the house (moose, chipmunks, foxes, etc.). The place was fantastic for our family of 12 and we would love to go back on our next trip to Breckinridge. We recommend it highly.

70th birthday celebration

This house was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The location was great and very convenient. We were there for a week in June to celebrate my 70th birthday with my family. The weather was beautiful and we made many wonderful memories. Breckenridge is such a fun place in the summer. We enjoyed rafting, hiking, horseback riding, and going to Epic Adventure. Dave was a wonderful host and always ready to help. We couldn’t have had a better time.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

We all felt the house was much better than the pictures and descriptions on the website. Dave was amazing to work with. He was very quick to respond to any questions. The ski in ski out was fabulous. I think it would be a wonderful summer retreat also. We are going to warmer weather next spring break, but hope to be back in 2025.

Great house

This is a great house. We had our entire family, 10 people, for a week. This is great for that. We all had our own space and the dinner table sits 10 very comfortably. We all had a great time. The owner was very reachable and very good to work with. Overall, it was a great week.

Wonderful in every way

The great room is magnificent! Ski on was down the driveway, past one house and over a small snowbank. Ski off was effortless . I’ve never stayed in such a well stocked home. The highlight was a fox visiting the back glass doors who seemed to pose for pictures.

We will be back! It was amazing!

This was one of the best houses we have stayed in. The owners was very responsive. Provided everything from check in instructions, how to properly use every item in the house. House was stocked with everything and was very much appreciated. It was VERY CLEAN! This house is better in person- the views, the trails the location was perfect! We will return next summer.

Dream family trip

We had a wonderful time!!! The property made it easy to ski out and back allowing us to take shifts to watch the babies in our group. Dave was wonderful whenever I had to reach out to him with questions. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for a family of 15 (10 adults, 2 young adults, 1 -5 year old, 1 -2 year old and 1 -1 year old. we had an unforgettable trip! Thank you again!!

Great Property, Great Location!

We had an amazing time in Breck and this property was very nice. Dave was great in his communication with us before and during our trip. We had 13 in our family stay there, mostly adults, and the home handled us just find. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which as nice. The kitchen and gathering room was awesome and spacious. We BBQ'd and hot tubbed in the jacuzzi nearly every day. The garage is spacious and we brought mountain bikes - there is so much to see and do. I highly recommend this place and I will stay here again when I return to Breck.

Family ski trip

What an amazing vacation! This was our first time skiing in Breckenridge and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. It is perfectly located for ski in/ski out. We traveled with 5 kids and they were easily able to ski in and out of the house. This made it especially easy when some wanted to take a break. The owner was so easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. We made so many wonderful memories!!!

Great ski-in and ski-out property!

We recently stayed at a property in Breckenridge and it was an incredible experience. The location was perfect - just steps away from the slopes for easy ski-in and ski-out access. The facilities were amazing, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, making it easy to prepare meals for our group. David, our host, was fantastic. He provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and was always available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation spot in Breckenridge. Beautiful Home, Perfect Location!

Just spent the past week staying at this first class property with 4 families. We had 8 adults and 9 kids from ages 3-11. The house is absolutely PERFECT in every way! Location is literally steps away from the Peak 8 Adventure Park and gondolas to Main Street. All bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Kids loved the bunk room and watching movies in the theater room. Top notch amenities and the house was fully stocked with all appliances, etc. If you are looking for a ski in/out property, this is you place! Owner was fantastic to work with. Don’t hesitate... book now!

Great Family Stay

This home is in a very convenient location. It is one lot away from a green slope which, if you ski down the driveway can be reached by walking about 100 feet. Skiing back couldn't be better. An easy trail takes you to your garage door. Great for lunch breaks or a quick warm up with small children. The run off the house ends at the base 8 ski school. The very large hot tub is constantly on so you don't have to worry about controls. In short a great Family ski home.

The home is well-appointed with amenities that comfortably accommodated our group of 15 spanning three generations.Excellent communication throughout—Dave responded immediately to our many questions and was incredibly helpful from start to finish.The home offers stunning views of the mountains and surrounding pine trees, with biking trails right out the patio door—perfect for both adventure and convenience.After days spent hiking and biking, the kids loved unwinding in the evenings, learning to play pool or watching movies on the big screen while relaxing in the oversized reclining chairs.During our stay, there was a 24-hour power outage across the entire area. Fortunately, the home’s backup generator kept everything running smoothly, allowing us to remain comfortable without disruption.We can’t say enough good things about this home—highly recommend it and would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge!
