Regarding the 4th bedroom configuration, the layout and bedding details provided in the listing are what guests should rely on when booking. If something on arrival didn’t match what was advertised, that’s something we need to know immediately so we can verify and correct it. On the gas running out: this is exactly the type of issue that must be reported as soon as it occurs so we can arrange a prompt refill during the stay. Our terms require issues to be raised on the day they occur so we have the opportunity to resolve them in-house.

Hi Aaron, we're sorry to hear that and glad the spa could be cleaned and sorted for you, it is cleaned weekly anyway, so unsure why you would be told it was that bad and noteably we haven't had an issue since so that's great. The dishwasher could have been left on to clean by the guests who checked out the day you arrived and the housekeeper may have missed this (peak season with back to back bookings at several properties) It is a beautiful home and we'd love to have you again sometime.
