Thank you for your review. We apologise for this inconvenience. Please ring our office in the future so we could have sent cleaners back and maintenance to fix. We have also informed the cleaners to ensure all the linens are cleaned. We hope to see you again in the future.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is fantastic, unit was clean. The only issue we had was parking. Garages are only small and street parking is very limited.

Location is great but booking issues were a problem.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit many times & enjoyed the location & access to a jetty for our boat. This time however the agents have changed & picking up the key from a new location in very busy Hastings Street was very difficult.The booking process with the new agent was annoying with the continual up selling & requests for unnecessary private details . Also taking the final balance out of our account with no warning was concerning .The unit is comfortable but is looking a bit tired. The veranda & garage we left dirty. We were unable to use the garage due to a kayak hanging up.
