A rosy, peaceful house with beautiful garden views is ready for your stay.
It is within walking distance to the shopping centre in Northgate and 15 minutes drive to central Hobart city.
3 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes as well as a single-over-double bunk bed. The double can be conveniently folded into a crouch.
You will have a spacious front and back garden with roses and tea tree flowers that blooms throughout the year, suitable for large families and children to play and enjoy the fun. We grow strawberries, plums, lemons, apples and squash plus more. Feel free to grab some fruits and veggies during your stay!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura
Rose homey home is one of the most beautiful houses in Glenorchy. It is a self-contained free-standing house that accommodates up to 9 people with 3 large bedrooms. All bedrooms have completely mirrored built-in wardrobes, heaters, as well as lamps and bedside tables. All beds have electric blankets. Linen, doona, pillows and towels are provided. We provide a light breakfast/meal with toast, cereal, milk, fruits, rice, tea and coffee.

The spacious family room contains 1 single-over-double bunk bed and 1 queen-sized bed with mountain and rosy garden views. The double bed can be conveniently folded into a crouch (futon bed). This room is great for parents/carers with up to 3 children.
The master bedroom contains 1 queen-sized bed with a peaceful flowery view and tranquillity; perfect room for couples to stay.
The sunny bedroom contains 1 double-sized bed that captures the natural sunlight throughout the day and contains an extra study/work table with 1 desk lamp and cabinet storage drawer; a workspace bedroom perfect for couples or a quiet space for yourself.
The lounge area includes the sofa set and digital TV (just use the keyboard and mouse to change to your favourite show on Netflix or youtube)
The dining area is connected to the kitchen, equipped with a sonic TV available for you to watch movies, TV shows or sports.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans and toaster, etc.
The garden provides patio dining furniture sets for couples in the courtyard, allowing parents/parents to enjoy the garden view and also take care of the children to play.
It is 2 minutes driving and within walking distance to the shopping centre in Northgate (Coles and Woolworths, etc). You will find everything you need to settle yourself in Hobart city. or 15 minutes to the central Hobart city (9.6km), 20 minutes to the airport.
It is also very close to famous destinations of MONA museum (4.9km), Tasmanian Transport Museum (3.1km) and Montrose BBQ area (3.7km), Richmond (25 minutes drive), Tasmania Royal botanical garden (8Km).
