Our family of 3 generations loved this rental. It is full of exceptional features. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs to accommodate 10 people. The appliances are all top of the line, stunningly clean and work well. The bedrooms are well situated, nicely furnished and provide more than adequate storage. The screened porch is a nice size for hanging out. The two laundry rooms make laundry as easy as possible. The host was incredibly helpful and gave very quick responses to every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent house for our vacation with 3 kids and 4 adults. Clean, great indoor and outdoor space, with plenty of room, top of the line kitchen, lovely decor. Good location, about a 20 min walk to the beach and to the boardwalk. One thing to note is that the house is on a busier street, so you will hear cars constantly while sitting on the screened in porch, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Pool was nice to have. There was a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool when we arrived due to a storm in the days before. We were not sure what day the pool cleaners came so we reached out to David and within an hour, two pool cleaners showed up. It was very much appreciated and we were able to use the pool almost every day. The pool pump is a bit loud but it didn’t bother us too much. Overall, great house, great stay!

We had another wonderful, relaxing stay at this well-maintained and well-appointed beach house. David is an excellent host -- available and responsive -- and the house (and pool) are delightful. We enjoyed the neighborhood, which is attractive and yet within walking distance of the boardwalk and the town generally.

Amazing property!!

Our favorite place we have stayed in Rehoboth. The property has been meticulously renovated. The back deck and pool area is amazing. The property owner was immediately responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Magnificent!

The home is spacious and beautifully updated with high quality features. Walkable to shops, restaurants, boardwalk, and beach. The host was wonderfully accommodating and super responsive! Highly recommend and hope to return!

Lovely Vacation House

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Beautiful house that was very nicely redone! Check in process was the easiest I’ve experienced and the owner couldn’t have been nicer and was so fast to answer any questions we had during our stay. We loved that the house was within walking distance to town and the beach and the kids really enjoyed the private pool and upstairs family room. Would definitely recommend!

Week at the DE Shore

Beautiful home with gourmet kitchen and easy walk to restaurants and shopping on the avenue! Perfect spot for three generations to gather, watch football and enjoy family time. David is a responsive host that has a gorgeous property. We especially enjoyed coffee on the screened in front porch and ping pong in the basement!

Perfect House

This was our second time renting the house, the first being the very first summer it was available after its beautiful renovation. The owners are super responsive, location just perfect, and the house has everything you need for an ideal week at the beach. #retirementgoals 😍

Perfect home for a multi-generation family!

We were family ranging from age 5 to 82, and the house fit our needs perfectly. There are multiple sleeping accommodations with extra blankets and pillows available, more than enough baths, and the home is attractively decorated with very high-end appliances. The pool is by far the nicest one we've had in Delaware, and its a fairly easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I can highly recommend this home!

Lovely home, excellent location

My husband and I travelled to Rehoboth Beach to celebrate my birthday. The Pines cottage was in a great location - we didn't have to drive anywhere - and the home had everything you would need for a beach getaway. We visited during the off-season so we couldn't enjoy the pool, but the back yard and outdoor living areas were still perfect. The host, David, was very easy to get in touch with and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

A Wonderful Week at the Beach

This is a great place to stay. It's in a nice, quiet, shady neighborhood, but close enough to town to be within walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach. The house was clean and very well appointed, and David was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool, the ping pong table, the wifi -- everything was in great working order. We hope to return again next summer and beyond! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience

Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The house is beautiful; practically everything is new. The floors, especially, are gorgeous, and we loved the elegant details like the tray ceiling. The pool was super fun for the kids and adults alike. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings tasteful, and the location fantastic! Thank you, David!
