Questa è una delle più recenti unità 2BR completamente equipaggiate e offerte dal proprietario al Ramblers Rest. Ti sta aspettando con tutta la biancheria, stoviglie, utensili, pentole e padelle, cucina completa (lavastoviglie inclusa!), TV Roku a schermo piatto da 40 "(con NETFLIX, Hulu, HBO, ecc.), Internet WiFi, 3 unità A / C high-wall all'avanguardia (ognuna con il proprio telecomando). 1st BR = Letto matrimoniale, 2 ° BR = letti a castello (all'estremità opposta dell'unità). Non attrezzato per disabili; brevi scale su entrambi gli ingressi (vedi foto).

Goditi tutti i servizi del Resort: piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio, Kids Splash Zone, Shuffle-Board, biliardo, centro fitness, pallavolo, putting green, campo da tennis / pickleball, ferri di cavallo, bacino da pesca sul fiume Myakka e altro. Tutto è a pochi passi da casa tua. Ambiente boscoso tranquillo con tortuose strade asfaltate. Atmosfera adatta alle persone e per tutte le età. Unità vicino al retro del resort = traffico locale minimo.

Un breve tragitto in auto di 10 miglia vi condurrà nel caratteristico centro commerciale di Venezia, nei ristoranti e nelle spiagge sabbiose. Numerosi ristoranti, generi alimentari, ecc. Lungo questo percorso. La famosa Siesta Key Beach si trova a sole 16 miglia più a nord.

Perfect Getaway

It was perfect, the location was great. It had everything you needed plus more. Grill and bikes a plus. We went on several bike rides around the resort it was beautiful. Bob and Mary are great, if I had any questions or needed anything they got right back to me. I would definitely stay there again. Heather

Amazing stay at 2bedrm mobile at Ramblers Rest!

This mobile 2 bedroom was Amazing! Had everything we needed right there, small cooler to take to the beach, Venice Beach is only about 20 minutes. We also had the use of 2 Beach chairs, and a umbrella!! The resort itself is excellent, large pool, kids splash pad!! Very Relaxing

Great location and everyone was friendly. The unit was clean, comfortable and we stocked. We brought our boat ( 21ft Skiff) and had no problem launching. Overall Great relaxing stay.

Needs attention!

The good-Comfortable bed, washer and dryer in unit very convenient, and common resort areas exceptional. The bad- place needs a good cleaning and general maintenance. I notified the manager that the toilet continuously ran after every flush and needed to be repaired. She told me they had replaced the inside parts several times and you just need to be gentle with it and it will stop running. Not acceptable. My husband fixed it with an $8 part from Ace Hardware. There was only 1 working bicycle and no lawn chairs. One “bag” chair was totally broken and one was on the verge. Outer door needs to be repaired, as it doesn’t shut by itself. Deck and steps need repair and painting or staining. Furniture was dirty and couch cushions so worn that it was terribly uncomfortable to sit on. I’ve never had this experience with a VRBO rental before.

roomy and comfortable

Very nice and comfortable with a couple minor issues. The refrigerator was louder than a vacuum cleaner but it was reported and assume it will be fixed. Neighbors and neighborhood were quiet except for one vehicle alarm that went off twice.

Nice little cottage

The rental was in good shape with the exception of a strange smell (rather musty) when entering the property. Perhaps have an air freshener/diffuser at the property? It was clean and the accommodations were as expected. The bed was very comfortable! The only odd experience was having to do an exit checkout at departure. My husband had commitments while visiting and with our two day stay it was an inconvenience to have to schedule a 45 second walkthrough. The individual also completing the walkthrough also had an appt on the morning of the checkout which was a bit of an inconvenience for the guests and we had to work around their schedule.

Nice get away

Had a few issues with the internet when we got there worked with owner and was resolved the next day. Internet is very slow at times. Amenities are great! Trailer was clean and enjoyed our time seeing g our grandson.

It was very nice stay in N 16. Property as advertised, clean, comfortable for small family. Resort itself is a beautiful place. We spent 3 nights, not enough time to enjoy everything they offer.

Great place for a snowbird

We enjoyed our stay at N16 in Ramblers Rest. A great location in Venice and also a great location within the park. We had a few minor things related to general wear and tear that needed to be fixed and all were addressed quickly. BBQ was not fixed due to parts availability. We booked again for next year. Owners very responsive, open and flexible.

relaxing vacation

My family enjoyed our stay! Our boys loved the pool and splash pad and the quiet neighborhood. Michelle, the property manager, was terrific and informed us about resort activities. The house was updated and very comfortable, offering everything we need during our stay.

In 2016, Mary & Bob purchased N-16 (a new park-model in Venice FL). Later that year, they relocated from Michigan to Santa Fe, NM where they also rent 5 different vacation homes (casitas) that exist next to a Vineyard. See CasitasOnTheVineyard.com. They've had the VRBO hosting-bug ever since!

A corner lot with a grass side-lot & picnic table. Also near the rear of the Resort (resulting in fewer resort traffic noise).

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This unit is DECADES newer than the majority of units at Ramblers Rest. The 3 neighboring Resort-owned units look the same on the outside, but have multiple fewer amenities on the inside, and w/o our shaded grass side-yard. :)
