The home is perfect for larger families or couples travelling together. Offering four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas & an undercover weatherproof outdoor entertaining area with lounge & Weber Q bbq.

Split over two levels, the downstairs area has an open plan kitchen, dining & living space (split system heat pump), along with the second living room, a bathroom/toilet & laundry. Upstairs are the four bedrooms with main bathroom (which also has a bath). The kitchen is well equipped & includes a walk in pantry.

The four bedrooms comprise a spacious main bedroom with queen bed, built in robe & private Juliette balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed & walk in robe, the third bedroom has a double bed plus a single bed & the fourth bedroom has a single bed.

If you're wondering about Barnbougle Lost Farm Golf Resort or Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links courses, they are a short 10 minute drive from the cottage. In no time, you'll be teeing off and enjoying these world class golf courses. Set amongst a truly breathtaking back drop, you can do a round of golf, then come home to relax in this very comfortable home.

Bridport is approx. 85km North-East of Launceston and approx. 280km North of Hobart. If you love walking in nature, then you're in for a real treat. There are many bush & beach walks around Bridport. And let's not forget that Derby & The Blue Derby mountain bike trails are approx. 55km away.
