The property was just perfect for our family- 11 children 10 years & under and 7 adults. The 2 pools were large enough for all, the hot tub was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked, as were many games & puzzles!The bedding was a big hit with all. Having the beach a short distance was a great way to make several trips a day!“Perfect” was the word used by all of us many times over our week long stay!

Great location, great property for large groups. Location was ideal, on the beach and close to everything. The home was very well equipped from the kitchen to the outdoor areas. Highly recommend it.

First time we’ve been able to vacation all together. The house was great, kitchen had every appliance, utensils and space that we needed.

Great place

The home was beautiful and had everything to make our trip perfect. Entire process to rent and customer service follow through was excellent. Only negative is we didn't stay longer. Would highly recommend!

Perfect house for a large group!

We had a wonderful family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked, and the floor plan allowed for space for a floor devoted to families with small children, and a floor for those who'd like to stay up later. Great location, great space for a large group to gather and enjoy meals and family games. We would definitely choose this house again.

Great view.

Super big. Everything was ok. The cleaning was my only complaint. Dishes in dishwasher dirty. Coffee is coffee cup in kitchen cabinet. Couldn’t get outdoor music to work. Beautiful view of ocean. We enjoyed.

Roomy

We thought it could have been cleaner , especially around the pool area. No toilet paper in some of the bathrooms. Pool heater was not on when we got there. No chemicals were put in the hot tub. Pool person came one day (Sunday). Did not come back to maintain the pool or the hot tub the rest of the week. One of the toilets in a room was constantly running. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other essential cooking supplies. We were happy with ice makers that were working. The open concept of the living room and kitchen was really great. Having an elevator made a Big difference for all of us. Handicap bathroom needs a bigger sink for toiletries.

Jean, We apologize for the issues you advised of here. All bathrooms should have been supplied with toilet paper. Our pool tech was there on Saturday, and again on Sunday as well as Tuesday. The chemicals in the hot tub are dispensed through a filter in the hot tub. We will do better on communicating that to guests in the future and the tech should have left a card each time they came by. We appreciate your comments and take them to heart.

Nags Head Vacay

When we arrived we were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the outside area. There was trash on the deck, dog poop by one of the sliding doors and the general appearance outside looked unkempt. The house was great for our large family, however it didn’t quite match the online pictures. It was a bit “worn” with a ripped couch cushion, stair railings were very dirty and the table was scratched. We did appreciate the timeliness of the maintenance man coming to fix a few things on Sunday. We had no air on the lower level and he put in window units. He also tried to help with the TVs that weren’t working(several throughout the house.) I feel those should have been checked before our arrival.

Dirty, Broken, Unkept House

Find another house.Trip started with the cleaners being 2 hours late for check-in, so we sat outside for 2 hours until 6pm after an 8 hour drive with 20 people and 10 kids. Response from the property manager was "sorry for the inconvenience".Once we got inside, we found a clogged toilet full of puke, bathroom with wet toilet paper all over the floor, 2 broken doors, sand everywhere, enough dirty dishes in the cabinet that we had to literally wash everything before use, no hot water in the kitchen sinks, broken stove, missing tv remotes in the bedrooms, cockroaches (literal cockroaches) crawling on the sinks, broken drawers in the kitchen, dryer barely worked. They had a maintenance guy come in each of the first 3 days and the only thing he fixed was bringing a new remote but he was very nice no fault to him.We paid 23,000 for this house, and it's not unreasonable to expect better conditions then the ones they provided. I should have listened to the previous poor reviews and so should you.Also, I would not travel here in August, water was Double Red flags 4 of the 7 days we were there so you couldn't touch the water for most of the week (not the owners fault but just a note).
