Awesome property, close to main shopping/dining areas. Very clean and all appliances were new. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location for a weekend in Dallas!

Can walk to shops and restaurants in Lower Greenville. All the conveniences of home. Everyone was every comfortable.

Such a great location

This is exactly what we needed for SMU family weekend. It's super close to campus and to great restaurants and bars in Lower Greenville. Check in and out was super easy and automated. The bed was comfortable and the extra supplies in the kitchen were a nice touch. Highly recommend - can't beat the value for money.

Nice location, nice bungalow, good experience

Great location with easy walks to good restaurants and bars. Nice bungalow with equally nice hosts. Perfect for our trip with easy access to SMU. The parking spot is a tight fit; I definitely wouldn’t want to park an F150 or similar there. We were able to park a mid-sized SUV, but it was tight.

I commute to Dallas for work, this has become my "home away from home." Responsive hosts, very nice and clean place with fresh flowers welcoming me in the entry way locating in a wonderful walking neighborhood and convenient to central Dallas.

Spacious well Appointed Unit

This unit surpasses expectations. There are unexpected details such as phone chargers on both sides of the bed. The unit has a large bedroom, living room, washer/dryer, office, and full kitchen. The patio is lovely. It is an easy walk to Greenville Ave. the owners have excellent communication. I highly recommend this property, and will be staying here my next visit to Dallas.

Great back house with total privacy and every amenity you need.

We had a fantastic experience at this property. Beautiful neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and stores. Lovely back patio/yard and plenty of room. Hosts were EXCEPTIONAL! Highly recommend staying.
