Unità angolare al primo piano con 1651 piedi quadrati
ha la sensazione di una casa unifamiliare! Entra dall'ingresso principale in fondo a un bellissimo, lungo corridoio d'ingresso che conduce a un'enorme sala da pranzo. Anche un facile accesso alla grande cucina ben attrezzata con isola dall'ingresso del patio al primo piano. L'unità ha una pianta aperta con soffitti di oltre 10 piedi ed è decorata con nuovissimi mobili di fascia alta. La grande sala fuori dalla cucina include due divani reclinabili in pelle per una facile visione della TV a schermo piatto da 55 pollici. Il condominio è allestito in modo univoco con una camera da letto principale da un lato e l'altra due camere da letto dall'altro per ospitare due coppie, una famiglia o una coppia discriminante. Rilassati nella bellissima camera da letto principale con letto king-size, vasca da bagno in cinque pezzi che include una grande cabina armadio, una grande vasca da bagno e una doccia separata. Altre due camere da letto nell'unità split sono dotate di due letti queen-size (uno è un dormiente confortevole di fascia alta.) Il bagno di grandi dimensioni ha due lavandini e una doccia / vasca. La lavanderia è dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard. L'unità ha un totale di 1651 piedi quadrati.

Il condominio ha una posizione incredibile nell'edificio rec con tutti i comfort. A pochi passi dalla sala interna al centro business, biblioteca, centro fitness, sala teatro e grande club house con tavolo da biliardo e grande cucina si collega alla splendida area piscina e spa che sono entrambi riscaldati tutto l'anno. Esci dall'ingresso del patio al grazioso parco con barbecue e tavoli da picnic. Dal momento che il condominio si trova al piano principale ed è un'unità angolare ti senti come se fossi in una casa unifamiliare, ma hanno i meravigliosi servizi di Park Place!

Il progetto Gated è molto vicino a ristoranti, buoni negozi e due miglia da Major League Baseball Spring Training! È anche vicino a Sun City Grand, che offre numerose attività tra cui tre campi da golf. Park Place è il resort di lusso che vive al suo meglio!

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay in this Park Place condo.....very nice location....the condo was nicely furnished and great location on the ground floor....roomy three bedroom unit with as much or more space than most standalone homes.....close to pool, exercise room, and all services....we would definitely consider staying again on our annual winter visit to the Phoenix area.

A tired unit

We liked the location very much . The condo needs updating . The first morning - both shower heads were broke !! They were replaced that afternoon. Ugh The bathroom in the master bedroom was not cleaned !! Toothpaste in both sinks , floor was very dirty including the kitchen . The second bedrooms bedspread was from Goodwill as the tag was left on. Which means it wasn’t washed . The comforter in the master bedroom was shredded on a corner, and very dirty as well . The kitchen was stocked ok , but with old pans and no mixing bowls . I cleaned for 2 hours when we moved in. …. Nothing matches in the whole unit.

We were really surprised at this review, Sylvia. As you pointed out we had our handyman put in two new shower heads as soon as you mentioned them. We've never had a review like yours. This is NOT a tired unit. You must give reviews like this to every unit you stay in. Future owners beware!

I stayed at this home for three months. The home is very spacious and clean. The host is always quick and responsive to any questions we had. The area is in a gated community and it is very safe and quiet. There is a clubhouse with a gym, pool, and office. Wifi is very fast. Great location and close to many food places and shopping area. I’d recommend this home to anyone.

The property was great! The condo is in a great location and is very big and comfortable.

Sue’s condo was a wonderful place to stay. The unit was in a great location and included all the necessities for a three week stay. Being this close to shopping and having a pool were big pluses. If possible, we will stay here again in the future.

What a fantastic experience!

As one can see from the photos, the property is lovely. This was my first experience using VRBO search engine for accommodations and I was so very fortunate to find this jewel. The layout is roomy with many architectural accents not seen in a typical rental, like arched doorways. The access to the unit from the parking area was a few steps, which is not typical in a large complex with multi-story buildings. The decorum is that of a professional decorator with the highest quality of new furniture, and not what appears to be the retired furnishings from a renter's own home. It felt to me as if I was staying in someone's gorgeous home, rather than a rental. It's very clean and maintained extremely well. My experience with the owners was wonderful. They are such gracious people, who's first concern is to insure that your experience is the best! I would recommend this property to anyone I know and suggest it to those who enjoy staying in beauty and comfort! The complex has everything. There's a terrific game room adjacent to a large community room with full kitchen overlooking the pool area. The property is great to walk through with outdoor games, grassy park-like areas with BBQ's and covered picnic tables. The community has lots of activities, if you are so inclined! Surprise seems to be growing and there are great restaurants and shopping all around you. Overall, I can't speak high enough about my experience staying at this beautiful location and it's lovely owners!!
