Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was truly a pleasure hosting you and your group. We especially appreciate your patience and understanding when the hot tub decided to have a mind of its own! I'm glad we were able to get everything replaced and back up and running quickly so you could continue enjoying your stay. It sounds like you made the most of your Arizona adventure—we love Tortilla Flats and will definitely be adding the Olive Grove to our next trip - heard lots of great things. And we are thrilled the board games, grill, and comfortable spaces helped make your time together even more enjoyable. Thank you again for choosing our home and for taking the time to share your experience. Guests like you make hosting such a rewarding experience. We'd be delighted to welcome you back anytime, and we look forward to hosting your next Arizona getaway! Safe travels and all the best until then!

Hi Chrissy, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We strive to make sure that our guests have an exceptional stay with us and uphold high standards of hospitality. We are sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests. - We understand how important it is for amenities to be in working order for a more enjoyable stay, and value your feedback. Immediately upon contact with us about the hot tub, we reprogrammed and fixed the concern that is usually caused by a power outage or guest misuse. - We're sorry if you were bothered by the motion sensor light. We value the security of everyone and it's there for the safety of our guests. - Additionally, the garbage schedule is listed in the guest book and occasionally when we have back-to-back bookings, you will have previous guest's garbage in the bins that are located outside away from the pool. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and we hope the next time you're in the area, our oasis is on your stay list!
