Benvenuti nel nostro lussuoso resort condominiale sulla riva dell'oceano Pacifico.
Situato lontano dal trambusto delle tipiche località turistiche, il nostro resort offre un tranquillo relax pur essendo facilmente raggiungibile dalle città e dai servizi locali.
La nostra piscina a sfioro in primo piano consente nuotate rinfrescanti durante le giornate calde con un bar a bordo piscina per placare la sete o placare le fitte della fame.
Un campo da golf a 27 buche si trova a 10 minuti in auto. Due percorsi ugualmente spettacolari distano meno di 30 minuti.
Il resort è aperto con servizio completo dal 1 ° novembre - fine settimana di Pasqua.
C'è un manager a tempo pieno e concierge in loco per prendersi cura di ogni esigenza.

A quiet out of the way Gem!

It’s a very nice property, well designed.People are friendly, the pool was outstanding and you can walk for forever on the beach.The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. We had a very good holiday.

Beautiful condo in a great complex

The condo was perfectly located on the ground floor with super easy access to the pool, beach and all amenities. Very well stocked unit with everything you need to enjoy your time there. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great and showers had great hot water and water pressure. The condo complex has an onsite store that is extremely well stocked. Fabulous local restaurants just a short drive away. Very relaxing time spent here and would absolutely stay again.

Overall it was fantastic met wonderful people very quiet in April, no swim up bar, bit of trouble getting a key, beautiful pool and wonderful staff! We rented a car and explored and ate most meals at the condo😃I think this time of year the Condo is sort of closing down so it was quiet, and we needed that! Magical Waves💙

Relaxing get away

We decided to take our elderly in laws on a beach getaway. The condo was on the first floor. The grounds and pool are easily accessible for the walker. The condo was fully equipped. The only downside was the weak internet. We will definitely be back.

Lovely holiday spot

The condo is well situated close to the beach, pool and café. The condo is well appointed, and has everything one needs for a stay. Very comfortable. Benny’s café offers breakfast, lunch and snacks, which are delicious. Also there is a full bar. A convenience store on the property means there is no need to go anywhere for anything unless one chooses. Perfect place to spend some time at the beach. We enjoyed it very much!

Great condo Great view and even better neighbors!

This beautifully equipped condo has everything one could ask for.. beautifully furnished, great kitchen with full facilities, patio with sea views and the nicest people to share this piece of heaven!.Do not let the location deter you, it really is close to everything, take a panka for a 4 min ride to Barra, or drive to one of the villages close by.. We highly recommend this accommodation !

a little bit of paradise to enjoy on a beautiful beach

was looking for a quite place on the water for a couple of nights and this property was perfect for us. Nice 2 bedroom condo-with the comforts of home and you could see and hear the ocean . Since it was spring break and we booked last minute this place gave us everything we needed without the crowds and within budget. Benny's Cantina had great food for breakfast and drinks and food till 6pm . Other night time options are a water taxi away or short drive to other town near by. The beach here goes on for miles and makes a very enjoyable walking exsperience- in morning and for sunsets. Highly recommend it .

Fantastic getaway!

Shaune's condo is truly lovely. The location of the property is a bit remote (like 20 minutes, which is easy if you have a car) from the busier beach towns, but was perfect for a break-from-the-cities night during our road trip along the Costalegre. Check-in process and communication with Shaune was easy and clear. The views of the ocean from the condo are great, everything is updated, and the pool (with swim-up bar!) never felt crowed. We stayed in five different spots along our two-week trip, and this was our favorite condo by far!

Gorgeous property at Playa Grande

Loved the tranquility and peacefulness at the resort. Shaune and Donna were great hosts. The pool is awesome and Benny the bartender knows everyone's name after the first day. Would highly recommend A13 at Playa Grande for anyone looking for a quiet holiday away from the tourist centers. There are enough English speaking restaurants if you enjoy that type of establishment. And lots of Spanish only places with great food.

We hope to return here!

The Playa Grande complex is clean, nicely landscaped, and has beautiful pools. This ground floor unit has the perfect location within the complex. The large folding glass doors open on to the patio creating an open air environment just steps away from the pool and beach. We appreciated our long walks on the seemingly endless beach (usually without coming across even one other person) and the sight and sound of the crashing waves. The waves here are impressive to listen to and watch, but it is too rough to swim. This was fine with us as we would rather swim in the pool and walk on the beach. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a pool bar in season. In fact, on the afternoon of our arrival, we prepared our lunch to eat on our patio and the bartender brought the drinks we ordered from the bar to us! The interior of this unit is has everything you need, is comfortable, clean, well-decorated, and laid out very well. This is an excellent place to relax, and if you want to experience an authentic Mexican beach town, Melaque is a short drive away. We spent the better part of the day on the beach in Cuastecomates relaxing and enjoying a fresh fish lunch. Cuastecomates is a good place to take a dip in the ocean, or perhaps go kayaking if you'd like. Shaune was a pleasure to work with. He contacted me after I made our reservation. He gave some great tips and made sure we had everything we needed. The front desk personnel at the resort were also very helpful in answering our questions.
