Great property. Very spacious and clean. Having all the space in the garage and room outside to park 3 vehicles was great. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. There is a park nearby within walking distance to take the kids. It did get a little warm inside as the house does not have AC, but everything else was tip top. We already plan on coming back next year.

Our stay in Island Park was incredible. My family and I created such wonderful memories during our time here. Having a clean and warm space to end our busy days was just what we needed. They thought of every detail in this guesthouse. House has lots of space has all that we needed and super clean.The hot tub was a nice touch at the end of the day. This place is beautiful within itself and close to all our destinations- such as Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park! Another great piece was how close it was to Island Park Rentals where we were able to spend two full days exploring the area on the backroads and dirt paths with UTVs. We can’t wait for our next visit and stay here! Excellent communication with the host and very quick to respond. Thank you!

Our family of 2 Seniors, 4 adults and 4 kids ages 10-15 loved staying in this beautiful home for our annual family vacation in July. The location was quiet and only a 30 minute drive to The West Yellowstone Gate. We enjoyed nearby horseback riding and water activities and a trip to the highest peak for a sunset view when we were not in Yellowstone. The layout of the house was perfect for Nana and Papa on the main floor and the rest of the family in the lower level for sleeping. The kitchen was great for cooking together! Enjoyed the outdoor space for hanging out, grilling and loved the big hot tub. The kids enjoyed the games and hockey set up downstairs. Communication with the managers was simple and quick responses to our questions. We would definitely recommend this property . Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We loved staying at this home! So many great amenities, like the fire pit and hot tub and game room. Amazing kitchen with everything anyone could need: lots of dishes and glasses and silverware, storage containers, even a tea kettle. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only problem we had was figuring out the multiple thermostats to control temperature downstairs. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

Stepping into this VRBO was like entering a paradise after a tiring day of travel! It perfectly accommodated our family of seven adults and one toddler. The owner reached out a week before our visit to introduce herself and provide any necessary information for check-in, which was incredibly convenient.Our stay was all about exploring Yellowstone and the drive to the west entrance was always a pleasant experience. The location is within a two-mile radius of several restaurants, a gas station, and a grocery store, making it easy for us to grab a bite or stock up on essentials.We thoroughly enjoyed cooking several meals in the well-designed kitchen, which was equipped with brand-new appliances, including a full-size washer and dryer. The televisions are conveniently located upstairs and downstairs, along with an air hockey table and a gaming unit.One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub, which our group found incredibly relaxing. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with our time here and would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Yellowstone.

Excellent stay for our family and grandparents. A total of 9 in our party and everyone had plenty of space. The home was very clean. Everything was in excellent condition. Stainless steel pans in the kitchen and every kitchen item you could need. The kids loved air hockey and video games. The only drawback is no AC which is typical for this area. Thankfully the doors and windows had screens so we were able to open them and cool off the house. Small tabletop fans are also provided. We used the provided ice chest each day when we picnicked in Yellowstone. Nice to not have to pack collapsible coolers. It’s about a 25 -30 minute drive to the west entrance which is very reasonable. Overall one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed at and we would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great time going the other stone two days. Rented a side by side and load all the trails around Island Park, which was incredible!

Beautiful House & Stay

Once our group of Midwesterners realized the house didn’t have central air (we’re used to humidity and the “corn sweats”) , we settled in for an awesome experience in YNP and GTNP. The house was incredible! More than enough room for our group. Close access to groceries, gas and the parks. Highly recommend this property to those looking.
