Posizione eccellente per famiglie con bambini. Questo è in una zona più tranquilla di Wildwood (1 isolato dalla Cresta) ma a pochi passi da tutto. Il mini golf è a mezzo isolato dietro di noi con diversi ristoranti intorno a noi (Little Italy, Dommic's Duffers Diner). Non c'è bisogno di guidare per la settimana, parcheggia l'auto nel garage per 2 auto e rilassati goditi la vista parziale sull'oceano e sul lungomare sul tuo balcone privato. Ci sono diversi parchi nelle vicinanze che sono l'ideale per i bambini. Campi da basket e tennis sono a 2 isolati di distanza 2 parchi separati. Il centro congressi è a soli 2 isolati di distanza. Goditi i fuochi d'artificio del venerdì sera e i concerti gratuiti della domenica sera al parco. Il tram può essere ritirato a solo 1 isolato di distanza, quindi non è necessario guidare per andare in auto e filigrane. Affittiamo solo alle famiglie. Spiacente, non sono ammessi animali e non fumare in condominio. Altre attività in loco sono il nuoto e il relax della piscina privata riscaldata a terra. NOTE: Lenzuola, asciugamani, sedie a sdraio, biciclette, WiFi, lettore dvd, TV in ogni camera per il vostro uso. Tutto il necessario per il tuo soggiorno ti sta aspettando. Cucina è completamente attrezzata frullatore, macchina per il caffè, utensili da cucina, piatti, tostapane, crockpot, fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno a microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice lavastoviglie non si sa basta chiedere. ATTRAZIONI: chiese, cinema, campi da gioco, zoo, filigrane di parchi a tema, ristoranti, passerella. Novità per il 2020 Abbiamo un armadietto da spiaggia sulla spiaggia.

This condo is beautiful. Spotless and beautifully furnished. Larger than I thought. Had everything needed for a great vacation. The host contacted me early with all the information we needed, she didn’t miss a trick and she was available to contact for anything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and sitting on the balcony in the evening. Excellent location. We’ll definitely be back!

They went out of their way to make this vacation property worry free . 3 spots for parking , 3 full sets of keys , washer , dryer . They have a storage box at the beach to keep all your beach crap in . So you don’t have to bring it up and back everyday. Grills outside by the pool . It Really isn’t missing anything

Everything inside the condo was immaculate. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and beach gear that you really don’t need to pack many extras. The location was awesome- quick walk to beach and boardwalk. The whole family (3 generations) absolutely loved this vacation.

Clean building, relaxing stay

The overall stay was good. The pool was never over crowded (we went in the mornings, beach in the afternoon). There are grocery stores near by and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Location was perfect and the beach shed/locker was a bonus.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location couldn’t be better, appx. two blocks from beach with a view from the balcony. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We enjoyed the pool, easy beach access, and all the nearby restaurants. Had a garage for your car and they provided a tag for free on street parking for a second vehicle. The owners provided beach chairs, bicycles, beach umbrellas, and beach buckets for kids. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

Dianne and Greg the owners were wonderful. Answered any questions and were pleasant. The home was beautiful and clean. We were located at a great location and were within 3-20 minutes walking distance of most anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Nice place but ...

I have to mention that the check in instructions are very confusing. We couldn't figure out how to enter the unit when we retreived the keys. Maybe emntion in the istructions to walk around front. Also it should be mentioned in the listing that there are quite a few stairs to get to the second floor. You may want to inspect the plumbing in the hallway bathroom, we had to use the plunger and also insoect the oder coming from the master bath pocket door. Smells very musty and unpleasant. We probably won't stay here again based on the items I mentioned.

I'm so sorry that there was confusion on how to enter i will change that in my instructions that the keys in the lockbox are for the front door. Sorry but you were the 1st renter to mention anything about plumbing or a oder coming from that pocket door. There absolutely should be no oder so I will check into that right away and fix. Dianne was a fantastic host. We appreciated that she sent out a very thorough information sheet prior to our visit so that we knew exactly what to expect. We utilized the bikes, beach chairs, toys, pools, and the EXTREMELY handy storage locker at the beach. The location was perfect- super easy to get to the beach, boardwalk, and surrounding restaurants. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed with my parents and our 2 young kids and had a great time. While this listing is on the second floor- there are a few flights of stairs to climb, so definitely keep that in mind if you have anyone in your party that might have a hard time with this before booking. This is not a deterrent for me- but my parents were huffing and puffing.

Condo spacieux, bien situé et propre offrant de bonnes commodités. Chambres avec lits confortables. Piscine chauffée, articles et rangement sur la plage, vélos, frigo avec distributeur de glace et eau. Très propre.

Wonderful condo, super close to everything!

We loved our stay at this condo in Wildwood. So incredibly close to the boardwalk, convention center, and Beach! The pool was a great perk, too. The condo was well stocked with great kitchen supplies/appliances. Balcony is great with an ocean view and great sunrise/moonrise views at well! Nicely updated throughout with plenty of amenities to feel like home. Thank you!!

Working with Diane was extremely easy and she kept in touch. She made my vacation one to remember. Location of the property was excellent. I would definitely rent this property again.

Wildwood in September

A beautiful condo decorated so nicely and has a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook meals. Close to the boardwalk, so we got to enjoy using the 4 bicycles supplied daily on morning rides. Several restaurants within walking distance which was another plus! We were loving the pool still being open in September! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

This our second year staying at Diane and Doug’s condo. We love love love this place. It is conveniently located to beach, boardwalk restaurants and of course Duffers ice cream shop. Their place is clean and spacious and offers a whole lot extras. You will not be disappointed. Diane is great to deal with. She always responds back right way and is very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be coming back a third time lol. Thank you Diane and Doug and we loved the new chairs on the balcony. 🥰 Laura Mangan from upstate New York

Great Condo

Clean, organized condo with everything we needed close by. The beach locker was grand! Loved parking in a garage. We were very comfortable all week. It is so nice to be able to walk wherever we wanted to go.

Wildwood vacation

Our experience was a bit disappointing. We rented a 2nd floor condo for the week, not realizing the 1st floor was not on street level, so walking up all those steps was extremely difficult for my 78 year old mother. We found an old t-shirt, q-tips and other debris under beds and dressers upon arrival. The condo met our most basic needs, but was definitely overpriced. The pool was absolutely filthy the entire week and we were scared to use it. And the garage was no also beyond challenging to try to navigate.

I am very surprised to see this review considering I was just down to check on things and this guest wrote a excellent review in my guest book at condo. I wish guest would have contacted me about pool while they were there because we may have been able to resolved the issue by contacting management that takes care of pool so that you could have enjoyed it. We are checking into it now to make sure there are no issues. I am very sorry for anything you may have found under bed or dresser. I did address my cleaning service about this. Clean is very important to us I do not rely solely on cleaning service to keep our condo clean I go down once a month myself to clean and go over everything to assure everything is being done. I changed my cleaning service about 3 years ago and this was the 1st complaint we had. I know garage is very tight parking that is why I purchase a parking pass for guest to have option to park in front of condo if they like. I am very sorry if I missed seeing you had a older guest vacationing with you, when I see guests that are trying to book my place that are over the age of 55 I make sure I mention that we are a upper level and they dont have problems with steps before they book.
