Poco Park Road Retreat

La mia casa si trova su 2 acri a soli 5 minuti dal centro, ma si sente come se fossi in campagna. Le viste panoramiche sono spettacolari e in continua evoluzione. L'alba sulla Mesa rende il ritrovo mattutino sotto il portico un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata. Altrettanto impressionante sarebbe osservare i colori cangianti sui Bookcliff mentre magari grigliate durante il tramonto. Sentieri escursionistici e piste ciclabili circondano la casa con accesso ai percorsi per il pranzo a solo 1/8 miglia dalla porta di casa. La casa ha un sentimento aperto, con belle pietre e oggetti in legno. C'è molto spazio per te, i tuoi amici e la tua famiglia. Una grande sala lavanderia / fango offre un deposito sicuro per biciclette e altre attrezzature esterne. Gli animali domestici sono invitati a rimanere per una tassa di $ 40 e l'esterno ha un cortile recintato.

Home was simple but very clean and comfortable. Property had a great view, nice patio and hot tub. Hosts were very gracious and supplied more than any others we have used.

Perfect location for me, just a little bit up the hill, and a little outside of town, close enough that running to a store was easy. The views are awesome, and the house is very comfortable. The host is friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again for sure! Jason

Host greeted us to give a tour. Todd was super friendly and enthusiastic about his rental(for good reason). House was super cute, spotless, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the layout of the house and how close it was to the trail system. The view was breathtaking! We literally were out on the porch 90% of this trip. Grand Junction has a cute Main Street with a great vibe. I would visit again.

I would recommend Todd to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Grand Junctionarea. Todd was an amazing host. Very friendly and accommodating. The property isbeautiful, the views are amazing. We sat in the hot tub to watch the eclipse; I will always remember that experience one of the most amazing things to see. We rented the property for a celebration of life for a family member that loved camping the area was more than we could have hoped for. The house as anything you could possibly need. The large patio is the perfect place to sit and watch the birds and squirrels eat their breakfast while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. I have no complaints about anything from start to finish Todd was amazing. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in close to Grand Junction, Todd is the person to contact.

We loved our time at the Little Park Road retreat. We were there for a “working vacation” and the views we had while working were a treat. The setting is very peaceful and the house had everything we needed. Todd also gave us perfect hiking and dinner suggestions for us to enjoy in the few hours after work/before sunset. We highly recommend this stay!

Awesome property, location, and owner. Todd was super, introducing us to house and filled with local information. Unique outdoor refreshing cedar siding shower. We loved the area and all has to offer. Stay here, take short awesome roadtrips to experience Colorado and Utah!Enjoy!!

We rented for a long weekend of biking. Location is amazing right by the lunch loops and easy access to Ribbon trail. Amazing views from hot tub.

My name is Todd and I have been traveling quite extensively for the last 16 or so years mainly in S.E. Asia (Which is where I met my wife Sophorn) to such places as Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia. Other destinations include locations in Mexico, Central America and Peru, South America. After my stint of travel I decided to settle down and grow some roots. Grand Junction with all of it's outdoor activities, wonderful sights and laid back lifestyle fit the bill perfectly. Yeah Western Slope!! It is also situated so there is easy access to other wonderful destinations such as Moab Utah, Powderhorn Ski Resort and the beautiful San Juan Mountain to the south. With all the endless outdoor things to do I have not regretted my decision on location at all.

I think the pictures speak for themselves why I decided on this house. The Views!! Now the views are even better with an 8 person hot tub situated on the 1,000 square foot patio!

Spend a morning on the front porch, waking up to watch the sun rise over the Mesa will make your day!
