We loved the room! Everything is clean, feels like home away from home at the beach, and the owner is wonderful! I highly recommend this to everyone looking for somewhere to stay at the beach.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything we needed for the week. Beach front view was amazing. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a game changer. Host was easy to communicate with.

we had a fanastic time at the property everthing that was promised was delivered and some the view was great and the beach chairs and view was great. the bed was over the top and for sure i slept so great.i couldnt of asked fro a better vacation condo. ill definitely be returning here. scott was agreat a host and the attention to detail blew us away in the condo . thank you so much scott

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times. Our family loves it and it’s convenient to the beach and pool and not having to carry your beach gear across a busy road.

We had a wonderfull stay at Scott's lovely condo. Everything was perfect. It's very well stocked with everything we could need and then some. Beautiful view. Communication with Scott was fast, easy and very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break get away

We had a great time staying at this location! It was beautiful and so peaceful! It was away from the busy crowds of spring break but still close enough to enjoy the area. The view was amazing!

We had a beautiful view from our balcony! The balcony was large with wonderful furniture. We loved the beach service and the man on the beach took such good care of everyone. I even saw him helping and elderly woman down to her chair. The hot tub could have been warmer is the only thing I saw that needed changing. Our host was awesome and got back to us right away.

Great location. Quiet beach. At no additional cost chairs and umbrella get reserved for the entire stay in your name which made it a great experience knowing a place on the beach was ready every morning. Very clean. We have 3 teenagers and there was plenty of room and bedding provided. Balcony size was amazing. Easy for all 5 of us to relax on and watch the sunset. One note to make, though, is that if you have a roof top carrier, the parking garage only has a 7’ clearance. There is the option to park in the overflow uncovered lot across the street, but we chose to take the carrier off and store on the balcony for garage parking convenience. We will most likely be coming back next time we visit PCB. Thanks for making this stay pleasant and convenient.

By far one of the best condos we have stayed in. Great location and fast elevators. Our two boys loved it! Mr. Scott was great with his communications as well.

Perfect place to stay

Check in was easy, parking is a bit tricky in a big vehicle but it’s reserved so never looking for a place to park, elevators were quick, the balcony is huge, the beds were super comfy, air worked fantastic, kitchen had everything, washer and dryer were great, communication was great with owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Location Location Location!

Ive stayed in alot of VRBO's, but by far this is my favorite. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the view... is amazing from the large balcony. We will definitely stay again.
